    Please feel free to add me. I've majorly fallen off the wagon and could use all of the support I can get. I got bored of the gym and just quit going and it all unraveled from there. I need to create some healthy, manageable habits that I can stick with.

    I'm a terrible chef but still wanting to try out meal preps and I like to go to the gym but hadn't for the past 1.5 months, until today as I found MFP and the world of tracking nutrition.
