A good week! More exercise and better logging. My weight tends to fluctuate a couple of pounds every few days. Hoping I can get below 130 on a steady basis.
Continue to stay on track with logging, water consumption, and exercise. Only 1 week till our Halloween and Birthday cruise!

This week's successes: Stayed below 199! Minor blip up, +.6. I have learned to accept minor gains as part of my pattern. When I know I haven’t binged I just review my eating and make sure I am on the continuing path to losing in the end.
Next weeks challenge: Get back to losing and moving towards my Goal BMI Overweight NOT Obese.6 -

This week's challenges: I'm dealing with a shoulder/arm injury. It's interfering with my sleep. Also I have a birthday lunch for a friend later in the week.
First weigh-in for this challenge. Based goal weight on 2 lbs a week. I usually lose pretty good at first. But I'm getting older and out doesn't come off they way out used too. LOL2 -

I'm not happy at all
I did it to my self. I didn't Exercised, No diet, No Walking, No Swimming....
This week and week before were very bad.
I got Cocky for losing 20+ lbs. And I took things for granted. & Now I've got tight slapped by reality. It sure showed me my place. & I'm Happy this happened sooner than later. Because Now I will never Behave as I've behaved in this past 2-4 weeks.
I pledge I will be true to my Cause & I will work harder to Achieve all my Goals & I will never take things for Granted.

Slight gain due to pre birthday celebrations with extra sweets and salty foods. Leaving for our Halloween cruise tomorrow. I will be watching the carb intake but will also enjoy the great food and drinks. New pirate costume is packed and it feels good that this year I will not be the great pumpkin or frumpy witch.
