This is going to be tough for me over the next several days with all the Halloween candy. I LOVE Halloween candy!!! So I'm going to have some but limit myself.

11/02 180.5 Ugh. Waaaaaay too much Halloween candy. Today I had a scare at the doctors office. My BP is normally 106/64 or so. Today it was 152/96!!!! They took it again and it was 132/80 which is still high for me. I need to make better choices in my eating, and consistently workout. I don't know if all the extra sugar I have been eating contributed to it being higher, but regardless, I need to get myself under control.

11/1: 227.0lbs not an accurate weight, I ran out of the house this morning, weighed myself after eating breakfast and lunch. Did a lot of walking today, took the stairs. Didn't make it to the gym but will go tomorrow morning.
11/2: 225.6lbs cleaned around the house. Still no gym, will go in the morning, take a walk tomorrow as well. Will make a meal plan for the weekend and next week.

Unable to get 64 oz or meet fiber goal. I really struggle with water, fiber and protein goals. Fingers crossed for a dip tomorrow!
However, I've been doing great on water intake since downloading "Water Drink Reminder" app. It sends reminders throughout the day, sets goals based on body weight (or set your own), and tracks progress. There's also Plant Nanny - more game-like, you have to log enough water to keep your plant alive and earn upgraded pots and seeds.
Water is our friend!!

Today the magical scale showed 163, 164, 165. I'll take it, but doubt it's for real. On my feet all day working an event, lots of standing and walking back and forth. Brought my own food so I didn't buy from vendors or try snackies in the break room. Drank lots of water, practically perfect on macros. No added sugar.

10/30: 158.0 Very happy to see this number again! Not sure what today will bring. Maine got a crazy storm. No power, schools closed, work closed, roads closed, power lines down everywhere! It could be days without power. We have a generator though so hopefully sticking with plan as much as possible!
10/31: 158.0 Still no power and estimates are it might be Saturday before we get it! Our road has at least 6 trees hanging/down on power lines. I was bad last night and consumed too much alcohol. Kicking myself for the hangover today. A good reminder why I don't do that anymore! Back to business tomorrow!
11/1: 157.2 We got power back this evening! No candy temptations yet. Our town postponed trick or treating to Friday due to downed lines everywhere.
11/2: 158.2 Expected fluctuation. Had dinner at my in laws last night before getting our power back. Salty and carbs with a small dessert. Didn't enter it into MFP. So happy to get back to semi normal life today. Still no school for kids but I can use the treadmill today. W5D2 of C25K today!

11/2 158.8 this morning which is really my official start wt, only found this group yesterday and “guesstimated” the 158. MFP has me at 1200 cals per day which may be a little low for me, but I’m willing try! Alcohol is my downfall.
11/3 158.4, hey at least it’s the right direction! I’ve had at least 40oz water daily and have committed to 30 minutes of exercise (walking or Beachbody) 3-4 times per week. Also mostly chicken, fish and veggies. TGIF!!

10/30 starting weight 162.0 First day of tracking again in quite a while. I know it works....just need to get back to it and start being more active.
10/31 162 Tracked everything yesterday and today….getting back to being accountable again. I was hungry several times today, but resisted for the most part because I knew what I had left for calories and also tried to make good choices when I felt I couldn’t hold out.
11/1 161 Old fashioned scale…..so need to see the needle actually move to know that I have lost. Plan to keep on tracking as I need to and not mindlessly eating when I get home from work.
11/2 161 Yesterday was a really hungry day….held off and stayed within my range including activity…weekend coming up will be difficult.

GW - 145- smashed this about 2 weeks ago. I'm currently trying to figure out my best calorie level to be able to maintain between 144 and 146. I'm pretty happy where I'm at weight wise and have some fitness goals I want to work on over the next 6 months or so. I dipped into the 143's last round...
10/29 - 145.6 - coming in from round 20. I've picked up a lovely fall head cold and haven't been moving much and not eating as well as I should.

I did really well for the first 7 days last round. But then my husband and I went on a 3 night vacation to Orlando and did not eat well... So I gained back 5lbs. It's crazy how quick that happens. I wish it was as easy to lose as it is to gain... But I have no excuse this round! I'm going to give it all I've got!

10/30 - 217.3lbs - Thanks to eating poorly over the last few days. Today I have been 100% back on it so hopefully tomorrow will reflect that!
10/31 - 215.00lbs - Woo! I was on it yesterday! Plus, I went to the gym. Which I don't take the time to do very often. I'm trying to get better about that and build my strength up with weight training. Slowly but surely! Trying to be on it again today, so hopefully I can keep dropping the lbs I gained while on my vacation!
11/1 - 214.3lbs - Yes! I'm so relieved that my vacation weight is sliding off like this. I hope to keep it up! I did have a few mini pieces of candy last night while we handed it out to trick or treaters, but I kept it minimal and ate well the rest of the day.
11/2 - 215lbs - Darn it. I guess that's what I get for eating too much pasta for dinner...
11/3 - 214.6lbs - A small improvement, but an improvement none the less! I've been trying to drink as much water as I can. I think I got around 80oz yesterday... Aiming for the same or more today! Gotta get those final 2lbs to go so I can be back at my pre-vacation weight! Then on to the next goal!

Back again! I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. For this round I'd like to get below and stay below 140. Started at 162 something back in early March so I'm down over 20 pounds. I am aiming to reach goal of 132 before New Years.
