11/9- 224.9/ Great start. Had a good day yesterday with food and steps. However, I've blown it today with food choices. bad mood + hunger = less resistance to temptation. Not looking forward to the scale tomorrow. 1 step forward, 5 steps back it seems...
11/10- 226.0/ I expected this. Didn't post yesterday because my Internet was in and out.
11/11- 224.5/ Yay! I didn't expect this. I made better choices yesterday than the day before but didn't get my steps in like I wanted. Pretty excited to see this number back today! Gives me more motivation going into a stay at home weekend.

11/11 - 151.2 - may have dodged a bullet here. I had some girlfriends sleep over last night and ate pizza. I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible stomach cramps and...erm...expelled the pizza. I hadn't had any bread or dairy in months, so maybe i'm allergic to something...like pizza. We'll see if it sticks, I know there may be a rebound effect.

My first challenge - only saw it yesterday so am starting today instead.
I am also doing weight training twice a week and aiming to lose slow and steady to ensure its fat loss and not muscle loss! Anyway here goes ...

Target for end of R22 - to be under 150.0
11/9 Went to the gym for an hours GVT session with my PT - my legs and shoulders ache!!
11/10 151.40 - not massively impressed with myself but have to start somewhere...... Good food day planned
11/11 150.00 - WOW! Felt I had a good day yesterday food wise and walked 12,460 on my fitbit and felt i was back on track. Even managed to contain myself at our Brownie camp fire evening and only have a few toasted marshmallows and no full on smores! Under no illusions will carry on losing at this rate but will enjoy the feeling and hopefully it will keep me motivated over the weekend which is always a toughie!

11/9 - 215.6 - pushed hard at the gym yesterday doing cardio and arm weight. Stayed within calories and no treats. Hoping to do the same today. If baby isnt too fussy i will be going to the gym this afternoon.
11/10 - 214.4 . Yahoo a new low! Feeling great and motivated. Heading to the gym today! Going to a wedding tomorrow and Sunday..i will allow myself a piece of cake but otherwise will.try to make healthy choices! Looking forward to seeing slme 3's soon!

Round 21 was my first attempt and I learned a lot about my eating habits. I have no goal in mind for only 10 days. I will be happy with any loss after each round. My ultimate goal weight is 170. My main focus is PORTION CONTROL7 -

11/9 - 246.2 - I felt pretty good about yesterday. Got my exercise in, ate within my calories. Glad the scale reflected that!
11/10 - 244.0 - Finally making progress again! Woo!!

11/9 - 170.2 - Wow! Well I won't adjust my goal just yet. I didn't feel well yesterday so I didn't eat much. We will see how this holds up tomorrow.
11/10 - 170.4 - Happy with that. Hanging in there. Off to run and lift.
11/11 - 169.4 - Thrilled with these results today!

Back again! I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. For this round I'd like to get below and stay below 140. Started at 162 something back in early March so I'm down over 20 pounds. I am aiming to reach goal of 132 before New Years. It's been verrry slow the last couple months plus I ended round 21 higher than I started. Need new incentive.

11/9141.4 No sleep = no exercise yesterday. Today dance plus a senior yoga class. Come on!
11/10 141.8 Dance class and senior yoga yesterday. Feelin' good despite the weight gain from cherry pie someone gave me. Loved every bite, no regrets. today, pool class. I realized I've doing doing this bouncing around this weight ever since my youngest son moved back in with his little boy. I'm spending more time preparing food for them and not enough doing it for me. Need to focus more on my menu as well as theirs.
11/11 141 Can't explain this drop as I ate candy yesterday. But... I did go to gym and pool exercise. Felt so good. Today, elliptical and lunch out. The restaurant specializes in burgers and grilled cheese... I didn't pick it.

11/10 - Not Weighing. I'm very sick today (storage sick) and so I'm not getting an accurate/realistic reading.
11/11 - 188.8 I was expecting this. I had 2 cheat days where I ate everything (including things I shouldn't have because I know that they make me bloat! Ex. salty food, rice, potatoes, bread etc). I'm back on the wagon today though!!!

11/11 -151.0 I was pretty happy with myself yesterday. Stuck to the green salad for lunch and hit 10,000 steps even though it required some awesome kitchen marching at 10pm at night. Today might be more challenging given it’s the weekend but trying to keep it up.

@cmmp73 challenge goal weight is the weight that you want to be at the end of these 10 days. So my total goal may be to lose 20 lbs, but my challenge goal could be to lose 2 lbs.6
