Hey plank gang...I pretty much imploded when I got the flu (with a fever initially) and was sick for nearly 3 weeks. Once I got that far behind, I didn't bother as it was Thanksgiving by the time I could breathe without trying to cough up a lung. So, I'll see you in December and try again...shakes head at self...5

Checking in: I've been doing it, but yesterday was difficult. I worked out with my son, a 21-year old Viking who does not know that I am not also a 21-year old Viking, and we did 100 push ups in 10-rep increments between all the other lifting we were doing. Blarg. l have sore muscles for my birthday.
