I thought I was going to take today off from planks - I expected to be a jelly mess - but didn't feel so bad in yoga and my ab workout so I thought I'd give it a go. My entire core was shaking by the end of it but it felt great to get another day in! And I feel like I might actually complete 60 minutes without too much trouble!4 -
