Did not want to let down my team, so I put on the workout clothes (really I wanted to put on my PJs) & got my butt on the treadmill, then knocked out the up & downs (barely). Don't have it in me for the mt. climbers, sorry

DAY 4! Today was a challenge alright! I'm excited/nervous to see what's in store next week! Hopefully I start seeing some results as I just said goodbye to TOM and my belly started being nice to me! (lol tmi I'm sure.. but it's such an influence on my energy level and weight!)

4x25 crunches with posterior pelvic tilt to also engage transverse abdominis
