Ugh. Mountain climbers AND burps...those two are my least favorite...off I go to do them...Weapons of Mass Reduction would like to challenge you to a new daily challenge for today! Are you up for it.

I had to laugh because I ended up doing the mountain climbers in my PJ's

was not motivated today...had 2 finals yesterday & i'm still beat up...mentally & physically (been staying up way too late to get everything done). Did not want to let down my team, so I put on the workout clothes (really I wanted to put on my PJs) & got my butt on the treadmill, then knocked out the up & downs (barely). Don't have it in me for the mt. climbers, sorry

tomorrow is my weigh day & i'm a little scared b/c I have been so stressed this week, I'm hoping it doesn't hurt me....0 -

DAY 4! Today was a challenge alright! I'm excited/nervous to see what's in store next week! Hopefully I start seeing some results as I just said goodbye to TOM and my belly started being nice to me! (lol tmi I'm sure.. but it's such an influence on my energy level and weight!)

5x 100 cal burnouts on elliptical =500cal
4x25 crunches with posterior pelvic tilt to also engage transverse abdominis
walked the pup with hubby at brisk pace x45min
4x10 UP AND DOWNS<<<<< (i hate you!)

so including exercise, i'm still under my calorie goal for today. yay!0 -
