    No worries. You'll get there! Most of us come back every month. Set next month's personal goal a bit above what you achieve this month and keep at it!

    12/18: 3'20" mixed = 14:20/60:00
    12/17: 1 min mixed = 11:00/60:00
    12/05: 2 x 30 sec elevated, 4 x 20 sec; 2'20" = 10:00/60:00
    12/04: 9 x 20 sec elevated, 3 min total = 07:40/60:00
    12/03: 9 x 20 sec elevated, 3 min total = 04:40/60:00
    12/02: none (my core and arms were jelly all day)
    12/01: 8 x 20 sec mixed = 01:40/60:00

    Took a bit of a break from the challenge while I was finishing up my course work (and new course today, oy, but almost done). While I wasn't doing planks for the challenge, I was doing pilates and yoga and it clearly helped because I'm able to do the planks for a lot longer. I need to do close to 4 min a day between now and dec 31 to hit my goal, so we'll see if I can do it!
