12/29 145.1 First cardio workout after minor surgery
12/30 146.4 after a 63 minute cardio workout in which I drank 40+ oz. of water. Could be prednisone, who knows. Just going with it.

12/29 218.3 Mom is out of the hospital, thank goodness, and is scheduling an appointment with her Mayo drs. I'm glad to not have gained any weight these last 10 days. I still have New Year's Eve and my birthday to get through! I can do this!
12/30 218.3 It's bitterly cold here, and I'm feeling really run down. Hoping to pick it up today and get all my water in, as well as some exercise.
I'm sorry to hear that she has been in the hospital. My heart goes out to you.1 -

12/29: 162.5 I feel very dehydrated this morning. Got a good run in yesterday, decent amount of water, too. But then I fell into a bad habit of snacking last night before bed. Not feeling optimistic today; I should go exercise now.
12/30: 162.4 Better than a gain... I did start up with my weights again yesterday; I am so sore today! Started to track, but lost momentum after going out to lunch with my daughter. Going to try again today. Lots of water, too.1 -

@cjsacto Are you here and I just missed you? THROW AWAY the goodies! I used to dump stuff in the sink and soak it with water before I could change my mind! Then shove it in the disposal. No way I would eat it then.

I'm in for my sixth round Fifth round was a write off to be honest, but had a great few days away in Amsterdam a great Christmas, daughters birthday and still got New Years to go - but need to start back somewhere!

12/29 - 146.20. Oops!!!! Went to the gym for an hours PT today, drinking plenty of water but have loads of goodies in the house as my daughters 10th birthday party disco dome and sleepover so going to try hard to resist.....
12/30 - Didn't weigh in - house full of 10 years old this morning post sleepover so by the time I remembered I had already eaten! Carb laden dinner last night though (turkey risotto) so probably wouldn't have been good reading! Ache a lot from gym session yesterday - only been off a week! Good food day planned today though and aiming to get back to drinking plenty of water .......

I've cut back on carbs the past couple of days. I don't plan to go too low - aiming for 40 net carbs/day - and about 90 grams protein, the rest good fats. I have to say that the fats are making me MUCH less hungry, so my calories are actually lower. New go-to breakfast -- half cup liguid egg whites microwaved with an ounce of aged Havarti cheese. YUM!

12/29-137.4-Work ordered in pizza today and I didn't overeat. We still have cookies at home though, so that didn't go well tonight.
12/30-136.4-I took a break from working out for the past month, so today I was back at it and had a good workout-legs and glutes!

Glad to see all those familiar faces again!! Here we are back for another round...I don't know about all of you but I know for sure that I need to get re-focused and routines re-established now that most of the holiday madness is over.

I'll share the wisdom that was shared with me just a couple rounds ago. I now keep my chart in "Notes" on my computer, then copy and paste it here each day. It's much easier than trying to go back and find your old post. Welcome to the challenge! It's working for me!

12/31-141 I should be dropping within the next couple days....When I see myself at the same weight for about 4-6 days, I know that there is going to be a loss of fat weight. It gives me encouragement!! Today will be day 28 of the 30 Day Shred....what a rough workout, but it definitely is kicking my butt into losing fat!!
