So at the end of the month I managed 69 hours and 17 minutes of biking plus about 2-3 hours of evening abs and push ups.
So ~72 hours for the month....2+ hours per day!
Got a 6 hour bike ride in last Friday. Made my goal of averaging 17mph...the course climbs 6 mountains for 13,000 feet of climbing. It’s a beast.
I did a 101 mile ride in a week ago today....missed that goal of 20 plus. This course has 8000 feet of climbing...so easy...
It’s all on my Strava feed, to much to type it all out...I do not log body weigh stuff as it’s only 10 minutes or so a night.
