I’m at 215 and 150 is my goal! I lost 32 lbs last year. I have to say I didn’t stick to my plan all the time and went up and down in weight all year! I’m trying to stay focused this year and meet my goal!5

This is my third(?) time on here and this time I need to keep going.. I know that this new year is a time for me to keep going! Wanting to lose about 100lbs and I know it will take work but I’m in this for the long haul!3

Thing that works well for me is logging my diary in advance! That way I’m not thinking about what to eat I just have to look at my diary and eat what’s listed.10

I support the idea of starting a motivational group, friend requests, and/or accountability partner(s)...I’m almost 36 and at my heaviest weight, 220.04. My goal is to reach 160 before the end of June 2018. Let’s support each other and crush these goals!5
