Going to the Toledo zoo today with the kids, so all that walking will be my exercise, how would I calculate that? I'll also sneak a bike ride in tonight when the sun goes down:) my goal is to run 3 miles non stop for the first time in my life, this weekend! I'm at 2.5, so I'll do 2.5 again tomorrow morning, then try to hit 3 on Sundays run!!!! Wish me luck! Have a great Friday everyone!!!0 -

I did it! I accomplished one of my goals! I ran for 33 minutes without stopping today! That and I actually survived level 2 of the 30 Day Shred! I'm so proud of myself today! =D =D =D =D

When I did the zoo, I took the total time we were there and did it as leisurely, 2.0 mph or less. Of course, we were moving pretty much the whole time. I never sat down or any of that. I would say you could take however much you felt you were walking and add that! I hope you had fun!0 -

So I think calorie zig zagging is working for me THANK GOD!. I am looking forward to weigh in this week- Haven't been great with points- my sleep has been erratic, and I am not eating enough calories in the last few days- Have been distracted lately. But hoping for a turn around and since it is a happy distraction- I will deal with it! :-) Hope everyone is having a great weekend!0

I had a mini victory with 30 Day Shred today! I did all of the rotating push ups on level 3 without my arms collapsing (yes, I go until my muscles fail) and then I even felt good enough to go for a short run a few hours later!

I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow. I kind of cheated and weighed in today. But I couldn't resist anymore! We spent a ton of time outside today with the kids... trying to get my oldest off the training wheels on his bike. He's 6! I was riding MILES at 6.
