We went to a movie tonight for the first time in many months. I love movie theater candy, but I didn't get any. Usually part of going to the movie is coming home feeling kind of sick from the treats - but not tonight. (Popcorn's not that tempting, I prefer the chewy and gooey.)5 -

DAYS WITHOUT SWEET SNACKS: 3/93 -
Tonight I sat and watched my daughter devour a bar of chocolate. She offered me some but I declined! Huge step....This time last year I would have taken her hand as well7

I almost auto-pilot reach for some dark chocolate from my night stand.
(Why do I have chocolate in my bedroom? Need to move them!)
And I was a bit hungry also, and I have a few calories available, so I could have totally justified eating the chocolate.
But I stopped myself, reminding me that there's always tomorrow.
