So the last round I finally recovered a bit from the two previous rounds which where just brutal (I blame the gain on a mixture of: PMS, broken ribs and holiday goodies). I'm feeling even more motivated now and am optimistic that this will continue as I look forward to attending a very important wedding in September. It is essential that I lose 20 lbs before then (but my real goal is 27!)

Of course I'm in for this next round. I'll be going back to work on Monday after two weeks off for the holiday.

01/08: 161.6 I lost 2 oz in 4 days even with biking. That's okay though. A loss is a loss, and I'll take it. My weight loss is starting to slow down now. On the bright side, I went from a size 18 to a size 12 in pants.
01/09: 162.2 So, it was my first day back to work since Christmas break, and I am off for the rest of the week. This lady has the flu.

Hello Everyone! I'm booked solid in the showroom/booth set up for the next 3 weeks so lots of activity, steps and flights of stairs just at work. I find it easier to control my calories on showroom days as I plan all my meals to keep organized...work from home days I fly by the seat of my pants a bit more...so I expect it shouldn't take long to get back to my pre Christmas weight...it's only about 1.5lbs...

I maintained around 143.5 for about a month before Christmas and that weight felt really good...I will get back there PDQ

1/8- 145.86 I saved up the majority of my calories for a final dinner out with my parents. We had some delicious Italian, but I probably went over on calories with dessert.

Hello everyone.
I started at 235 and have been doing OMAD for almost 3 weeks now.
SW: 235
GW: 150
I was consistently loosing until I hit a plateau last week. I was stuck at 222.5 and not loosing at all. After 5 days being stuck on that weight (I weigh everyday), I decided to have a splurge day on Saturday. I had a cheeseburger and a bit of bread, and a dish made of eggs and lettuce and one small kit kat bar. Total calorie around 2000. On Sunday, I did go back on omad. After going to the washroom right before dinner, I weighed myself and I was 227!!! I was shocked4 -
My husband was like, even if the food absorbed 100%, it should have been less! It was so so so so disappointing. For dinner, I had some eggs and vegetables and Avacado, etc. Total calorie maybe around 900. I usually take at least 1200, usually around 1400. That day was an exception. On monday, I came back to about 222.5. Last night, I again had around 800 calories and today, I gained 1 pound!!! It's been very very very very frustrating and disappointing and hard! I do not know what to do. I am trying to keep motivated and keep doing this. So I decided to join your group to keep motivated!

New lowest weight! I actually also saw 155.5 on the scale today, too, but I can't quite claim it. After no real progress for a while, I'm getting the beginner bump all over again, I think. One week of getting enough water and fiber, eating less, and back off added sugar and I'm losing some bloat. Had some high sodium food today so it might go up a bit tomorrow but I didn't overeat.

Back in after an extended holiday hiatus. Had a great time with friends, family, and fooood! Less than 3 pound holiday gain, so not too shabby. Well worth the slight setback.

01/09 - 102.6 - OK was back on the program yesterday
01/10 - 101 - WHAAAAT? Now that's a surprise, I'm truly puzzled as I ate over my calories yesterday... I was unstoppable, like a bottomless pit, nothing junky. The only thing I changed was having dinner early, a decision to try to break the frenzy snacking. It seemed to work, but it's really making me wonder about how my body works.

1/8 - 64.7kg - Had a big afternoon and evening of drinking so I expected a blip. Hopefully shouldn't take all week to clear.
1/9 - 64.5kg - I knew there was a reason I avoided pasta for dinner! Had been hoping to see a bigger drop. Ahhh well, as they say, this too shall pass. In other news, my annual physical yesterday showed that my cholesterol and blood pressure levels are both ideal (being 4.1 and 104/65 respectively), so I am a very happy camper.
1/10 - 64.3kg - So I acted like a total amateur yesterday - underestimated how physically demanding my day would be so skipped breakfast AND drank only half a glass of water all day. Resulted in me pigging out on chocolate and take away last night. Today is a new day and I have learned my lesson! Water and breakfast!

1/08 - 142.40 lb - Back from Butlins last night and weighed this morning and lost 0.8lb over the weekend!!! A huge personal victory to go away and not only maintain but lose weight (lots of food but an active weekend - I managed 55,000 steps Friday through to Sunday (not bad considering 5hour coach journey each way) plus a couple of hours in the pool up and down the steps to the water slides! Didn't drink so much water yesterday as on the coach but a normal day today so all should be good
1/09 141.70lb another 0.70lbs gone yay!! Did my 10,000+ steps yesterday again too. Until we go away Friday its a normal week for me so no reason not to stay focused and on track.
1/10 140.9lb down 0.8lb and back to my low from before Christmas. Only hit 9,000 steps yesterday as hubby had to go out but did have a tough gym session so don't feel too guilty! Feeling good and focused - long may it continue!!

1/12 Travelling up to Yorkshire when kids finish school - 6 hours in the car so need to ensure I pack a healthy tea / car nibbles and snacks
1/13 Away for weekend again - will be eating in hotel and restaurants out so food choices will be tough and hard to track.
1/14 Away - 6 hour car journey home so won't be home till late evening. Need to avoid motorway service station junk food!
