    1/8 – 221.2 – well this is a good start to losing all the weight I gained over the weekend – how embarrassing. I am at my daughters this week. I don’t snack at all there because I am to busy running around after 3 kids under 3

    Glad you've joined us... If you look at a lot of our numbers we shift up and down all the time. For me a Cheeseburger would have extra sodium and I would retain water up'ing my weight. Stress would add to mine as well. So many variables. If I seem to be staying on one number over a long time I look at changing things up.
    Again glad you're here and just keep trying and moving forward.

    I met my goal weight a few months ago. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. I seem to be settling in around 113-115 lately.

    1/9 • 113 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1300 cal
