Goal for this round: 220. Going on a little day-trip tomorrow to San Diego with my wife, which will involve yummy food and alcohol. I'll consider it a victory if I can get to 1/17/18 and not gain any weight.

1/14 = 220. One of my friends inspired me to come back again to MFP, so here I am!
1/15 = 220.2 Yesterday was a salty day, wife bought me some Peeps (which I ate immediately), had at dinner at 9:30 pm. I love being accountable for all of it. Going to try my best to be in a "moderation place" when I'm in San Diego today.

Well, this is exciting, if mystifying. All good!

I seem to have hit upon some magic (for me, for now) set of numbers here. Yay! I have my entire day's eating planned (going out for dinner with a friend, so planning around that), and I'm off for a an hour's walk in a bit. Nothing like a little success to inspire more action!

!!!!! And now I'm burning off more calories by jumping up and down! It's as if my body has decided finally to just let go of the fat. Yay!

Feeling a little puffy today. Drinking lots of water.

Still puffy. Not getting as much fiber as before since cutting back on carbs, so that's a factor, too. But I feel like I'm losing, so it's all good.

I keep reminding myself that I'm down a pound from R27, 7 from "normal" BMI, and 12 from my goal. Baby steps are fine, right?

Happy to be home! I’m bummed about the gain, but I definitely expected it. I’m just glad it wasn’t worse, and I’m technically still in the 250s!

01/08 125.2 can't seem to budge off this number. Ended last round low because I got dehydrated.
01/09 125.2 making an effort to drink enough fluids everyday...I struggle on the weekends
01/10 125.8 Ate well and worked out...and went in the wrong direction. I'm having a hard time getting up and moving when at work. Not getting anywhere close to 10,000 steps.

I weigh 278 at doctors, I weigh 9 lbs less than I thought, and I'm on TOM so I weigh like 11 lbs less than I thought. I was getting blood sugar tests. I'm getting Ativan for anxiety today.

Back in after an extended holiday hiatus. Had a great time with friends, family, and fooood! Less than 3 pound holiday gain, so not too shabby. Well worth the slight setback.

1/9= 173.4 Tried a 30-min Express Circuit training at Planet Fitness yesterday for the first time. Also did 40 min of cardio on treadmill and arc trainer. 10k+ steps.
1/10= 173.6 Hoping for a loss tomorrow. Things have slowed down since I’m not riding my bike everyday. Ready for spring!
1/11= 172.0 Hoping to ride my bike today after work. High of around 65 here! Yay!
1/12= 171.8
1/13= no scales available today. Hubby is in the hospital, so probably won’t have one available tomorrow either. Will have to work on making healthy choices in the hospital cafeteria. You’d think they would be easy to find in a hospital, but they absolutely are not! No wonder half the staff here is way overweight.
1/14=172, but that was AFTER I had had coffee, eaten breakfast at the hospital and went home to shower. Hair was wet because I didn’t think about it until after I got out.
1/15= no scales today, but we are home tonight, so I’ll be weighing in tomorrow morning!
