    Next week will be rough! Wednesday I have part 2a of my Medical Licencing Exam! All day with pretend patients! Gonna stay motivated, but bare with me!!! :)

    August 6th!

    Water: YES...as a lifeguard, I'm constantly drinking water to stay hydrated
    Calories: UNDER (this was a tough one because it's my mom's birthday)
    Exercise: completed (i work at a pool so swimming is my go to exercise)
    Challenge: BRING IT! (completed) i felt the burn, but I have to say that i felt so much better afterwards.

    Daily Challenge: Done...I did my own version of squat lunges as I wasn't sure what the exercise really was...

    Exercise: 30 minutes brisk walking, 25 lunges.... just realized I wrote squats in my calendar, did lunges.. not sure what a combo of these two are? I'll do 25 regular squats in the AM...
