    yesterday someone wanted to tell me the ribs I was eating for dinner were not healthy for losing weight. After explaining that I eat at a calorie deficit and it doesn't seem to matter what I eat as long as I eat at a deficit she proceeded to tell me how unhealthy they are....Ugh...I guess what irks me is advice that I didn't ask for from someone that likely knows less about nutrition than I do.

    Haha the top three things I’ve learnt in the past ten years is that 1) my mom was right about a lot of things 2) I don’t know everything 3) I in fact know nothing!!

    Right?!? I still want to find that little birdie that use to tell my mom everything and.... well lets just say it wont be pretty what I'll do to that birdie! :wink:

    Agreed. I don't mind something black & white or artsy fartsy but the dog face filters are dumb or all the photoshopped makeup... :neutral:
