I’m about 15# smaller than the 40 year reunion and about 20# more than 50 years ago. Same weight as 1month ago. I really would love to continue to lose. I have until April 20. I need to get my lazy butt out of the chair, too!

Hi Everyone! Back again for daily weight tracking. It was one of the key factors in getting me where I am and I expect it's going to be key in keeping me there.

SW - 182.4 - March 2017
GW - 145 - blew past this in mid October

I've been maintaining nicely under 145...feel great when my rolling 7 day avg is around 143-143.5. I'm going to stick with trying to keep it here for the next couple of weeks while work is nuts. Once Feb hits and things settle a bit and I have more work from home time I'm going to set some new goals...maybe to loose 5 more or just work on re-comping and some higher fitness goals.

I’m good with this. I haven’t walked or lifted in a week due to a really bad cold. I am heading out in a half an hour for a warm up walk. Just to get my legs used to moving again. Come tomorrow I am back at it full swing.
