01/18 140.6lb - 0.3lb off and on my way to be under 140 by end of the round. Feeling organised and motivated
01/19 140.4lb - last of the weekend woosh gone! Work evening out tonight for a meal followed by Cirque de Soleil. Will enjoy but also try to choose wisely from the menu. I will have a couple of glasses of wine but won't be going mad as up early tomorrow to take my daughter out for the day to the National Space Centre - a 2.50 hour drive each way!! On the plus side got the train into work today so plenty of walking to and from the station plus round London tonight.
01/20 DNW. Very late home Friday after a meal and drinks and up early Saturday for a day out so forgot to weigh!
01/21 DNW - actually got a cup of tea in bed so didn't weigh as already had something by the time I got up!
01/22 142.90 lb. Weekend that I didn't track plus a full (healthy) Sunday roast last night. Didn't go mad but as usual weight is up on a Monday and weigh exactly where I was last Monday so not concerned as not a true weight gain. Back to normal today with food and water intake so expecting a good week ahead and still hopeful for under 140 by the end of the round on Saturday.

01/18 189.2 I'm on Snow Day #2, determined to conquer the urge to snack all day. I'm thankful I don't have a bunch of junk in my pantry!
01/19 188.8 I should've eaten more veggies yesterday, but I did good on water and exercise (35 min walk/run, arm resistance workout, 10 minute stair climber).
01/20 189.6 Probably had too much salt yesterday… I feel really good, though. I resisted a donut breakfast at work, passed on the sweet tea and chips at lunch, and went to the gym last night. I NEVER go to the gym at night bc I always feel drained after work, but I went anyway and had a pretty good workout!
01/21 189.4 Yesterday was a struggle! One day at a time, sweet Jesus!!
01/22 189.2 Yesterday was a pretty good day- got in cardio, weights, plenty of water, and not a lot of carbs. Thankful for this challenge! It keeps me motivated to make good choices!!

I'm back. Let's see if I can get down to 160 at least even though my "new" low is 158. The slower it comes off the more likely it will stay off. I just lost a lot very fast due to having the flu and sinus issues. Good luck ladies and gents.

1/18: 160.4 I haven't been drinking very well lately, and I expect this number to be up tomorrow, but I'm hoping I'm wrong. Lol
1/19: 160.4 Wow! I'm maintaining, but I've been in the 160's since November. I'm over it. Lol
1/20: 162 Too much sodium and not enough water I believe, but since I've been fluctuating between 3 lbs forever. Who knows.
1/21 163.6 I haven't seen this number in a long time, but I'll be honest with myself here. I ate whatever I wanted for dinner. High calories. Lots of carbs. Lots of sodium. It was family movie night. I positively hate seeing that number, but I so enjoyed my meal.
1/22 161.4 I pushed fluids yesterday and went back to my normal diet. I also biked for 30 minutes. I have 5 more days to see that 160. Let's do this!

Nikki, there's a wonderful brunch at Copper Cellar here in Knoxville that he really likes. The food is usually excellent and calorie rich, but yesterday, the rich foods just didn't appeal to me as much. I made good choices and then had just a tiny sliver of New York cheesecake with fresh blueberries and strawberries instead of the syrupy berries. So, I think I did ok and still had a good time.7 -

I’m in. Goal is to lose 3 pounds. I have been slacking off for months now and not making any real progress. I gained about 10 pounds since the summertime. I need to work hard and get back to where I was over the summer because I think that’s where I want to maintain. Just wanted to vent/share.

Hi Everyone! Back again for daily weight tracking. It was one of the key factors in getting me where I am and I expect it's going to be key in keeping me there.
SW - 182.4 - March 2017
GW - 145 - blew past this in mid October
I've been maintaining nicely under 145...feel great when my rolling 7 day avg is around 143-143.5. I'm going to stick with trying to keep it here for the next couple of weeks while work is nuts. Once Feb hits and things settle a bit and I have more work from home time I'm going to set some new goals...maybe to loose 5 more or just work on re-comping and some higher fitness goals.
01/17 - 143.4 - coming in from last round

01/19 - 142.8 - the scale is starting to catch up with my activity this week...over 20,000 steps yesterday working in the showroom. Gives me a little buffer for my son's birthday party tomorrow, I won't feel guilty having a piece of cake

01/21 - 144.8 - Chinese take out friday night, pizza and cake for lunch yesterday, and another dinner out last night....kept my choices and portions in check but knew the sodium and higher carbs would show up as water retention this morning when I could hardly get my rings off before bed last night. Activity and hydration today....
