Went and bought some new clothes since my old ones are baggy and falling off me. XL shirts and size 38 pants! Not where I want to end up, but a heck of a lot better than the 3XL shirts and 44 waist pants I have been wearing.29

This is something I don't get. My body must be shaped weird as I wore 3XL or 4XL shirts, but size 52 pants.
Anyway, congrats.3 -

I had a big gut and wore my pants under the crease in my gut.3 -
I asked my wife about the shirt I'm wearing today. She said "Well, outside of it being a little wrinkled? It's way too big for you!"
This is a shirt I didn't wear because it was too tight over my midsection, so I started the day with little victory and an oversized smile on my face.34 -
I got into 34" waist jeans comfortably today. First time since 1993! I am 6'2" tall.24

I went to a trampoline fitness class this week. I haven't been in a gym of any kind in years, but I had SO much fun I think I'm going to sign up for weekly classes.
Never in a million years did I think I would be someone looking forward to a fitness class!27 -
I HAD to put on a belt with my jeans. I have always worn one because is fashionable. Today I didn't put one on and I was walking through my house pulling my britches up. I had to wear a belt! So exciting!!!17

100% agree.

Lol! I appreciate the apology. I think you can un-woo by just pressing it again.

Un-wooed. I was afraid it would double woo.

I started off this diet starting to get into a XXXL shirt size and a size 40 pants. Now I'm noticing my size L shirts are getting loose and my size 34 pants have about 3 inches of extra room now.27

Bought the most awesomest pair of mustard yellow summer pants before Xmas at a sale where I couldn't try them. Came home and sadly wrote them off as an overly ambitious purchase - they would never fit me. Ever. Guess what - they now do!!! Wearing them day in day out. They scales haven't moved that much, but my waistline apparently has. :-)

I've logged in for 20 days in a row (and I've logged everything I've eaten even if it made me cringe lol), woo!29

had to buy a spacer for my eternity ring because it keeps falling off14

swam length and a half underwater (37.5m), think it may have been even over that as I am sure I was 4 strokes away from the end of 2 lengths. woohoo! mega happy with that! New mental block to break through now to get 50m16

You can also change from one response to another. If you click a 'Woo' and then click 'Hug,' the number of Hugs will go up by 1 and the number of Woos will go down by one. It doesn't allow more than one response - which is good sometimes, and frustrating at other times.5 -

I have only went down from a 3x shirt to a 2x because of my shoulders, tub chest, and arm length but have a couple xl t-shirts that fit good. The pants is what keeps me messed up. I carry all my fat in my gut and love handles. I went from not buttoning my 46 pants to these Christmas 40's will fall to the ground without a belt. I am scared, and still to broke from Christmas, to keep buying clothes to use for a month. I need to rent jeans I guess. It is a good problem to have! LOL9 -
I slid into a pair of size 4 jeans... !!!!
4..wow...
I was a 24/26 when I started!
Cray cray!43 -
My new years goal (not resolution) was no candy, no fast food and no junk food!
So far, I haven't had any! I've been eating healthy and going to the gym! This is definitely a NSV for me!18 -
I've stayed true to my No Bourbon on Weeknights rule and I have not missed it terribly.
And, today in the dining room at work, someone stopped me and told me I'd lost a lot of weight. I haven't really (I've only been back on the full-force wagon of tracking for a week, refocus on fitness for three weeks) but it was a total confidence booster and makes the three-pound loss feel like real motivation....even if it really was just me wearing my fat pants!11 -
I tried on skinny jeans this morning and actually pondered wearing them out of the house. They felt so much roomier in the calves. I will need to take and post my body measurements this weekend.13

I would still be kissing my spouse if he said this to me. Keep up the good work!

Do you have any thrift stores where you live? They are absolutely your best friend while losing weight. As you shrink out of one size of clothes you donate them back and stock up on the next size down. Its almost like renting them lol. I need to wear decent clothes for work but couldn't/wouldn't go out and spend good money on something I'd only wear for a short while. Thrift stores were the answer13 -

That is what I need to do. Thanks for the advise. I will check it out.4 -
I am so stoked, my NSV is that my A1C was 8.6% in Sept. and 5.0% yesterday. Through logging what I eat every day (ok, almost every day), keeping an eye on the carbs, and working out in some way most days.22
-
2 people at work today told me I am looking good/skinny - must be the clothes since the scale's not moving much. But I'll take the compliments12
-
-3cm from chest, -3cm from waist and -5cm from hips since Christmas18
-
Bought a cute dress on sale after Christmas despite it being so snug in the waist I had to have help zipping it up. Was feeling disgruntled yesterday about life in general, so I went to try it on and it fits my waist fine now. Down almost an inch in the waist, despite the scale being the same.
Recomping is hard emotionally! I know mentally that I'm eating at maintenance now and trying to lift heavy and recomp slowly over time, but emotionally I'm used to that reward of seeing the scale go down almost daily, and not having that is hard to get used to. So NSVs are really important to me now!26
