My mini goal is 'MINI'. To stay on track, clean food, lots of movement for a whole week and make it through the weekend and out the other side without a bottle of wine.5

Well, my first goal was to fit nicely into a tshirt I bought at the gig of my favourite musician that was too small.. That now fits perfectly and it feels great to be able to finally wear it confidently ! So now my goal, probably not so mini, is to lose the last 8lbs and reach my goal weight! Taken over a year but so close!6

The size 4 Artisan Crop Jeans that I just purchased from AE. They didn't have my current size or the next size down, so now I will make it happen because I refuse to let a cute pair of jeans go to waste.2

I assume that's 10,000 steps?!? Because I thought 10,000 calories at first, and was like :huh:1 -
Continue losing 1lb/week for the next 7 weeks will get me under 180 going into shoulder surgery (rotator cuff repair), at which time I'll take a break and focus on healing at maintenance for a few weeks.4

Keep logging this entire week. I don’t care about the amount of calories, I just have to get back into logging properly. And with properly I don’t mean logging to the gram and ml but actually logging all the things I eat. I’ve been off the wagon for a while and I’m just getting back at it so after two days I sure can do a week6

To manage the over eating at weekends ... the expectation from the family to enjoy the weekend with Cake, lunches and dinners with loads of food, snacks, wine etc etc etc ... is a mine field of calories .... BOOOOOM !!!! congrats you just stood on a 1000cal lunch2
