Yes, this is a informal Support Group of People trying to lose ONE POUND A WEEK!
I started the 2018 thread because I used this Challenge the past two years to and lost 80 pounds. I’m now close to my Goal Weight but still trying to lose a Pound a Week!
SW 376 (2013 joined WW, age 65 yo)
CW 189

It has taken me five years BUT this time I have truly changed my Lifestyle and not just go on a temporary diet.
Losing a pound a week is a Challenge especially when you try for 52 weeks! The little successes add up over time.
I didn’t hit the -52# mark but did lose 80# over two years!

I know somebody who did this a couple years ago and was quite successful. It looks like a healthy weight loss goal.

I hope that stacking dinner with more protein will help me be less hungry while sleeping. I've almost gotten used to ignoring hunger when I'm sleeping.3

This week's challenges: long study hours and stress made me purchase fast food twice.
Side note: I originally got down to 209 lb as of August 2017. I was so thrilled with my over 25 lbs of weight loss from consistently working out and changing my eating. Then made a huge personal change and quit my birth control. The side effects resulted in absurdly RAPID weight gain that has me now at 233 in January 2018. It’s soooo discouraging but I’m happy to have found this forum. Let’s get on it guys!!7 -

I felt so bad, but said no to girl scout cookies this year. I know myself too well and know that if cookies are in the house I will eat them hahaha.4

First month has been a struggle to get into new exercise schedule. My pool was closed for repairs so trying new places and miss my old schedule.
