I was having a hard time recommitting myself to this after I gained about 7 lbs over the holidays but I’m back on track. I think the problem was that I tried to eat super healthy like I used to from the beginning, when I had gotten back into the habit of eating sweets and stuff. So I’m cutting back on desserts and then next on the list is soda. Also making more meals at home. Still can’t exercise, as my ankle is in recovery mode from an injury. I’m off crutches but still having to sit around a lot.

The bubble hath bursteth! I was having major stomach cramps and bloating for like 2 days. Still not sure why but who cares, because I’m feeling better. Honestly I think it was because I was changing my diet so quickly. Feeling great and happy. Can’t wait to be closer to the 126 mark which is where I was when I left here. Can’t wait to start toning again either. Soooo impatient.

Officially 10 pounds lighter than my previous MFP attempt. So happy to have achieved this in a healthy, sustainable way. No more diet pills, prepackaged meal schemes, and other whatnot that I would just gain back plus some afterwards. To paraphrase @cschmitz110515, It's a lifestyle, not a diet.

Well, I got up this morning and weighed then I exercised and weighed; after that I went and fixed breakfast and weighed again! I weighed 211.5 all three times although I was hoping it would go down; I always go with the lowest number! I'm still trying for 209 this round!

Went to the chiropractor yesterday and was diagnosed with Sciatica! Have to go back 3 times a week for the next 8 or 9 weeks. And no exercise! I don't like that but I don't like pain either! I really have to watch what I eat now!

1/18 – loss - my win today is leaving work on time, so I had extra time to make a few different dinners for the next few days to reheat because I know I won't have time to cook for a few days. Probably way too much work for a Thursday but now I have lunches and dinners that are portioned properly and should get me through the weekend. I'm tired but satisfied and greatful for the privilege of time to get this task done.
1/19 – loss - tired.
1/20 – ? - visiting family, no scale. Two birthdays, one slice of cake and no alcohol = win
1/21 – loss - mood cycling low, new goal is to just get through this low and not use food as medication. Greatful for the people who support me.
1/22 – gain - not too bothered, focusing more on the mental, the physical will be a focus once I'm through this part. Aiming for a better tomorrow.
1/23 – gain - not impressed but in the grand scheme it's minor. Mood is getting better so I'm happy for being less low. Work is stressful ATM which likely is helping the gain and not helping the low. Staying dry which is positive, trying to find ways to decompress in healthy ways. Still aiming for a better tomorrow.
1/24 – gain - minor so whatever, better thing is the mood is getting better, so greatful for that. Still eating good, less active cause work is eating my lunch breaks but that will be a better in another week. Going to have to be patient and smart with what I can do. Also might have figured out why the scale has been difficult lately but waiting on that test result, nothing serious, just possibly different...
1/25 -gain - well this isn't surprising at this point. I'm not really sure what's up, in really minor gains but it's perplexing, nothing has changed from my usual healthy habits beyond recovering from the low. Still learning my body I guess. It's almost the weekend though so I'm happy for that!
1/26– gain - because why not right. I get answers tomorrow so many things will make more sense or I'm going to have to figure a different way to get back on track. Mood is better though so grateful for that.

I’m about 15# smaller than the 40 year reunion and about 20# more than 50 years ago. I really would love to continue to lose. I have until April 20. I need to get my lazy butt out of the chair, too!

01/19 - 99 - Not enough steps in because I was slammed with work, drank my water, but ate dinner after 8
01/20 - 98.3 - Woke up too hungry, hit my water but not food, so I expect this to go up again. Biggest stomach ache ever! I don’t know if it’s the stress from work but wow!!
01/21 - 98.9 Yeah up again, but I was good today with steps, water and food mostly (except for that pesky bakery bread!)

01/21 - 69kg - had a takeaway last night and a sedentary day getting admin done so unsurprising.
01/22 - 68.8kg - long walk with the dog yesterday, meant to do some weight training and didn't so might try and squeeze it in today.
01/23 - 68.3kg - I think this is the weekends water weight making an exit! No exercise yesterday as had an appointment that went on til 8:30, apart from.walking the dog of course!
01/24 - 68.4 - better than I expected after a carby dinner last night. Did some cross trainer yesterday morning and got up early this morning for a PT session before work. Very poor night's sleep though.
01/25 - 68.2 - aching from my PT session yesterday! Are way under cals yesterday as well so might see this go back up.
01/26 - 68.1 - creeping down!
01/27 - 68.2 - fairly happy with this after eating at just over maintenance cals yesterday. Hit my aim of 68.5 with an average of 68.43 so a good start. I'm sure it will slow down a little now though!

01/18 140.6lb - 0.3lb off and on my way to be under 140 by end of the round. Feeling organised and motivated
01/19 140.4lb - last of the weekend woosh gone! Work evening out tonight for a meal followed by Cirque de Soleil. Will enjoy but also try to choose wisely from the menu. I will have a couple of glasses of wine but won't be going mad as up early tomorrow to take my daughter out for the day to the National Space Centre - a 2.50 hour drive each way!! On the plus side got the train into work today so plenty of walking to and from the station plus round London tonight.

01/21 DNW - actually got a cup of tea in bed so didn't weigh as already had something by the time I got up!
01/22 142.90 lb. Weekend that I didn't track plus a full (healthy) Sunday roast last night. Didn't go mad but as usual weight is up on a Monday and weigh exactly where I was last Monday so not concerned as not a true weight gain. Back to normal today with food and water intake so expecting a good week ahead and still hopeful for under 140 by the end of the round on Saturday.
01/23 140.90lb - and the weekend woosh!! Plenty of water yesterday and walked 12,000 steps so a good day. Good food day planned today, gym tonight so all on the right path to be under 140 at the end of the round or shortly after! Feel like I've been at this stage for ages so under 140 and stay there will be a huge milestone!
01/24 140.10lb - down 0.80lbs. So close to being under 140 - the scale did in fact wobble around and briefly flicked over to 139.90 but settled here. My under 140 target is in sight!!!!!
01/25 138.70lb - down 1.4lbs. Guess its catch up after weekends out and away and had a "normal" week of eating and training Can't believe I am under the magic 140 - did change my scale this morning so I could see my weight beginning with a 9!! 9 stone 13lbs - not been there for a very long time!!!!! Now I need to hopefully lose a bit more and never see over 140 again ........ This is the first time I have ever properly calorie counted and watched my macros so shows it works (for me anyway!) - and I honestly believe this group helps so much as it makes me think about my own weight and trends and how weight varies day to day. Onwards and downwards

01/25: 156.4 I'm rejoining after a much longer break than anticipated! I decided to give myself a break in December with the goal of maintaining weight and starting back up January 1st. 25 days into January and here I am. I'd like to say this is an accurate representation of limited weight gain over this time but I'm coming off of a virus where I barely ate or drank for 3 days. Happy to be feeling better and ready to commit to healthy eating, exercise and weight loss again. Naturally, this group is the first place I came too as I find it so motivating and helpful!
01/26: 155.4 This virus is still hanging on. So nauseous and still not eating enough or drinking enough. I powered through and ate a somewhat well rounded dinner.
01/27: 156.4 Finally feeling better, hopefully! I ate 3 meals yesterday and drank a solid amount of water so no surprise at an increase. Hoping to get some exercise in today.6 -

01/20 189.6 Probably had too much salt yesterday… I feel really good, though. I resisted a donut breakfast at work, passed on the sweet tea and chips at lunch, and went to the gym last night. I NEVER go to the gym at night bc I always feel drained after work, but I went anyway and had a pretty good workout!
01/21 189.4 Yesterday was a struggle! One day at a time, sweet Jesus!!
01/22 189.2 Yesterday was a pretty good day- got in cardio, weights, plenty of water, and not a lot of carbs. Thankful for this challenge! It keeps me motivated to make good choices!!

01/26 187.6 Yesterday was a decent day. I didn't have time to workout, but I got my steps in. I removed the bun from my chicken sandwich for the first time in my life. Baby steps!
01/27 186.6 Ecstatic! I was on the road most of the day, had a healthy lunch, and resisted eating fast food. Plus, I think I'm coming down from TOM bloating. Ready for the next round!! Cheers to you all for sticking to it!10
