Web search say that their nutritional values appear to be for GRILLED. Most nutritional values are for raw product. My spide-y senses are tingling. Could be sour grapes 'cause I'm sure they're not available in Canada; but, I suspect that there might be some fine print about how exactly you must grill them to get that low caloric value... Tesco/other sausages are probably for raw product... (just as with bacon the more fat you render the lower the calories for the edible portion...)3 -

Must be different in Canada, in the UK I've never seen a brand of sausages that didn't say for grilled or prepared.
No fat comes out at all when you cook them, there chicken breast so that is why they are lower calories.

Ahhh, chicken breast! Must be nice
I can't say that I buy sausages often enough to have a large sample; but I haven't noticed them mentioning grilled / cooked for the ones I've bought (locally) before!

I'm kinda with you on the bacon. I can eat a few slices and it doesn't even throw off my breakfast. I just need to think of it as primarily a source of fat rather than protein, and avoid eating it in bulk.
If I routinely ate 150g of bacon (like I do with baked chicken breast almost daily), I'd probably think differently.3 -
(Roughly) 45 cals a slice, mang!8 -
Regular and sweet potatoes, squashes, veggies in general, fish, caviar.4

HALO TOP ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 Pint of the chocolate has 280 calories and one pint of the red velvet has 360! It's so freaking good and it's been a life saver when trying to eat well.12

I recently bought ham and was surprised how lean it was.4

BACON.
I definitely thought that it would be WAY worse.
Edit: someone already said it6 -
Cocoa powder. Only 20cal per tablespoon. And it has 15% of daily iron goal. And 1 gram of protein.
Everything should taste like chocolate!20 -
honestly? ham
and potatoes - I definitely thought they were more before I looked it up5 -
Deli sliced lunch meat. Fish. Shrimp. Greens. Puffed wheat and puffed rice cereals. Almond and cashew milks. Pizelles, my new cookie of choice.4

cantaloupe!2

Grilled cheeses. I can make a bomb grilled cheese for less than 200 calories.11

Chick-Fil-A nuggets! Not just the grilled ones (although they are lower). 12 regular nuggets at CFA = 390 calories. This is good for me as I don't ever cook and eat out for every single meal. I've learned to adapt and what I can and can't eat out and what portions I can have. Down 60 lbs. eating out every meal, every day of the week.23

Roasted broccoli. I guess calories depend on how stingy you are with the oil, but regardless, I can eat a HUGE amount of roasted broccoli.
Roasted seaweed. It's about 50 calories or less for a crunchy, salty snack.
Individually wrapped Ghirardelli chocolates. The squares are about 50-70 calories each, depending on which ones you buy; the minis are 35-40 calories each.
Also, Hershey syrup. I put it on my Halo Top. I also have a nice cherry balsamic vinegar that I sometimes put on chocolate Halo Top. Half a tablespoon of either of those options and half a cup of Halo Top will get you a little sundae for about 100 calories or less.8 -

Low calorie bread and a slice of cheese. Omg. And to be really decadent pair it with tomato soup!

Popcorn. I'm always so happy to see how much popcorn I can have for my evening snack.7
