    Week of 8/1/11

    Monday = Rest
    Tuesday = 40 minutes = 413 calories
    Wednesday = nothing... long crappy three days at work!!!!
    Thursday = 90 minutes = 979 calories (seven mile tempo run, done in 1:15, then 15 minutes of stretching and cool down walk.)
    ..... also on Thursday = 120 minutes (actually more but this is what I counted) = 367 calories (according to MFP, didn't wear HRM.)
    Friday = nuttin.... carb loaded for my morning run...
    Saturday = 125 minutes running/cool down = 1313 calories GONE!
    Sunday = 25 minutes running = 257 calories.

    Didn't end up adding to Saturday, but did my 2 miles today. Ended up with a total of 400 minutes and 3329 calories burned! Completely happy with that!!!! Let's do it again next week!!!! Woohoo! Look at us go!!!!

    Week 8/1

    Monday - rest day
    Tuesday - 56 minutes = 384 calories burned
    Wednesday - 93 minutes = 618 calories burned
    Thursday - 52 minutes = 364 calories burned
    Friday - 43 minutes = 348 calories burned
    Saturday - 47 minutes = 328 calories burned
    Sunday - 93 minutes = 411 calories burned

    384 minutes (24 minutes over!!) -- 2453 calories burned (47 more left to burn!!! X( ...sigh...can't win them all...sigh)

    Hope everyone had a wonderful week!! I was definitely challenged to get in 360 minutes in and pretty darn proud of myself for getting past the 360 goal! I'm looking forward to this week's goal!

    Here I am! Missed the first week but am in for the rest of the month! I really need to get my food in line, that has definitely been a problem for me the last couple of weeks. My foot has finally improved, so should be back on track for exercise now. Ran w7/d1 of C25K this morning so will see if my foot is truly healed or if I gave myself a setback. I was excited that I was able to complete all 25 minutes though, since my last run was 10 days ago. Even improved my distance slightly - 1.9mile instead of 1.8mile. Yep, I'm slow, but that's ok.

    Feel free to friend me if you want to kick my behind about my food choices!

    Monday - 35 minutes C25K W7/D1

    Hey Everyone,

    I didn't quite make my goal for the first week. I made a mistake on Thursday's numbers. The correct total for the week was 297 - not 356. :ohwell:

    But this is a new week and the temps appears to be ready to give us a break!!! :drinker: :drinker:

    I am ready for an extended walk today, and soon I'll be able to resume aerobics and strength training!!! :happy: :happy: I have missed working out!!!

    Hello all, sorry I have been so remiss in my posting.

    I have been fighting the same bug that took me down at the end of June. High temps, body aches, headaches, etc. Not really sick like I was but lots of joint pain and headaches which I just do not have as a rule. Dr.s finally ran some tests and this is Lymes related although perhaps not Lymes itself. Turns out there are a lot of similar bugs you can get one or more from the same tick. Who knew?

    I am still hard at it but making myself go rather than just doing it. On doxycycline for the next three weeks then back to the Drs.
    Hoping that is the end of that! Just have to muddle through!
