Gain of 2.6lbs this week. Whoop, am at goal weight for my bulking cycle. It officially finishes next Wednesday when I will post my last weigh-in for bulk then. I will be switching to deficit/loss cycle from Thursday onwards.1 -

My goal is around 115 lbs.
December 1: 150
January 6: 139--11 lbs as of today...24 lbs. to go...almost half way there...
January 18: 137--13 LBS. lost with 22 LBS. to go....
January 20: 136--21 lbs. to go- 14 lbs. lost
January 21: 133---17 lbs. to go- 17 lbs. lost. I have been on a cleanse and it is great!
January 23: 132--16 lbs. to go- 18 lbs. lost.
January 25: 131--15 lbs. to go--19 lbs. lost.
January 26: 130--14 lbs. to go--20 lbs. lost.
January 28: 128--12 lbs. to go--22 lbs. lost. So nice to be in the 120's. YAY! Bought a new Inversion table for my reward!!

End of Jan goal: 176 - Jan weight: 179. Stuck for few months now around this. At least I got rid of Christmas gains. Also have reset goals on here and am not logging exercise, just registered as 'Active' and have 1 number to stick with. Am sure my exercise burns were off and also encouraging me to eat more as I had so many 'spare'. Fingers crossed I can get back to losing soon

love this thread because the timeline matches up perfectly with my goal. I'm on my anual yo yo train. I put 20 lbs on between September and end of December (third year in a row).

Embersdream had written to me:
" How do you feel after giving up coffee? "
Its been 20 days (had to look it up) and honestly the first week was really tough, the second week was challenging but some of my "Parkinsonian" nervous and high cortisol issues, digestion (IBS), acidity and all the digestive stuff started slipping away, Digestion was VERY noticeable and I think my flora improved.
The big winner is S L E E P. THAT has been the big difference. No rebounding and difficulty with getting to sleep or staying to sleep or waking up in night sweats or not being able to get back to sleep.
My mind and thoughts have calmed......but it took a few weeks. Just now really starting to feel REALLY good about it. My cycadian rhythm has finally begun to settle in for sleep cycles and letting seritonan take me away!!!! <smile> Starting to dream and remember them as well so REM and other restful features emerging.
I think more good things to come, like any drug addict, it will take me time.
Thank for asking I had not really been focusing on the time or the effect!!! BUT here we are!!!

I will join. About 190 now, goal of 165. Got to 172 last July but didn’t reach my goal. Confident if I stick to it and learn from my mistakes from last year I can make it.1

Bring it on, I'll join in. Started going to the gym early December at a weight of 200 lbs and am now consistently going 4 times a week, starting week 4 of C25K tomorrow, and at 192 lbs. I will set my goal from 192 to 170 by June 2018. I'll do weekly weigh-ins too, below this.
