You can't trust the calories on mfp, you can't trust the exercise calories on mfp. You can't trust bar codes! Lol .I'm going back to bed.
PS. please ignore my negativity. Just one of those days I guess.

WOWZERS! I just found this thread, and I am in logging heaven right now! I am SO sick of looking in the data base and finding entries that make no sense! (Like last night, found a frozen corn entry stating that .66 cups of corn has 0 calories. SERIOUSLY?!?) Your tutorial on how to use the USDA data base is PRICELESS, Kriss!!! Thanks SO much for taking the time to write this up, complete with SS! Gonna go post about this thread on my feed, let all my buddies know about it! I am JAZZED!3
