1. finishing the last 2 weeks of my 4 week butt and thigh program
2. completing the 4 week ab program
3. completing round 2 of the 4 week butt and thigh program
4. having more muscle definition in my stomach and a rounder, stronger butt2 -

Starting weight: 187.3
Mini Goal 1: Under 180 by end of January- Achieved Feb 1st.
Mini Goal 2: Under 177.3 (Lose 10 lb)- Achieved Feb 8th.
Mini Goal 3: 175 lbs (weight I was when I started my job 2 years ago) by end of Feb (Currently 175.5)
Big Goal 4: 162.3 lbs for my birthday (Lose 25 lb) by April 25th.
Final Weight Goal: 150 lbs by September 8th, 2018 (WEDDING DAY!!!)

Ok invited to friends 65th birthday Feb. 24th. It's a trip back to see old friends and I want to look good so.... Want to be mid 170lbs by then you know 175 or 76.1

Hey! After 3 weeks of no weight change I made it to "Normal" BMI this morning!
Also, that means I achieved my other mini goal and I can now deadlift my body weight!
Next mini goal is to squat my body weight. Also, 11lbs left to go before goal weight.19 -
Try to binge less and feel less bloated5

Thanks. I'm 5'2" we are pretty close. You'll get there! I'm taking it one day at a time and giving my self a reasonable time frame to reach my goal. My next mini goal is 135lb by my birthday in June.

I had set a goal of sub 195. I know decided on a date, 3/19/2018 - 13th anniversary3
