20lbs in 20 weeks Summer 2018 CHALLENGE!

July is just 20 weeks away and I know many of us would like to shed some pounds in order to feel more comfortable! 1 lb a week is doable!! I personally have a beach vacation in July and think a challenge would be a great way to get an extra push:)

Great you decided to join! My calorie goal is 1200 but I burn between 500 to 700 calories a day doing household chores and exercising so I average 1400-1500. I don’t eat all my calories back since I don’t fully trust my tracker!4 -
My goal is 1200 too, but on exercise days up to 1300/1400. What exercise are you doing? I do 35mins cardio 4x a week at the moment.3

I've set myself a goal to be beach ready summer 2019 (when I'm 40).
Today I'm 238lbs, and my goal for sommer 2019 is 198, so 20 lbs in 20 weeks is a good start.

I am starting T25 again so that will be 10 weeks of kick *kitten* workouts! My daily calorie goal is 1200. My biggest struggle is tracking all my food. I’m setting that as a daily goal!3 -
I've started working out this fall. At college I was quite fit, and I did an Ironman (not fast though 15 hours) in 2009. Been lazy too many years, but changed job last summer, and we have a gym in the basement. Started working out and love getting stronger.
I'm down from 250lbs without cardio or thinking of what I ate, even though I have been quite a bit stronger.
So This week I started watcing the food, and when the snow dissapears I will start cycling to work.4 -

Would like to join. Gained a bunch of weight last year caused by an out-of-state move with family, career change (for out of state move) to irregular exercise and being surrounded by lots of poor food choices and not enough willpower.
Currently at 155, would like to be back down to 135 again (5'3, 34/f) but need some accountability.2 -
