My focus is just getting out of the 200's31 -
I'd love to have more friends in MFP life and I also need to lose alot. I'm motivated and active but on the start of a long journey so I will need some help along the way!27

I did this before and lost weight , I was working out and did 4 marathons but that was 10 years ago I have little at a time climbed back from a 4/6 to a size 12. Now it’s been 10 days and I am determined . But today I did eat 2 miniature candies . I feel bad my sons and husband gave me so much candy that I can not have ❤️ Let me know if anyone needs a motivated person so we can support each other. It’s not easy9

Currently 232 lbs
Short term Goal 200 by my bday in May
Final Goal 165 lbs18 -
My starting weight was 183 end of last year.
My current weight is is 168.
My goal weight is 130.
So total will be a loss of 53 pounds. So far in 2-3 weeks of regular exercise and tracking at 1200 cals a day I have lost 10 pounds, but I’m nervous it’s gonna slow down.
I’m turning 29 on April 22 and I want to enter my last year of my 20s feeling comfortable in my skin , so for April 22 my target is 140, then the 130 mark for June!
Weighing myself regularly helps me see fluctuations from water weight and what impacts my body most. I’ve lost the weight once before and I’m ready to be my best self.10 -

I was 451 lbs & I lost 168 lbs in 14 months. I’ve gained weight back & can’t seem to lose it again! I’m 308 right now. I’ve lost only 6 lbs over the last few months. I want to lose 40 lbs by 6/1 & ultimately get down to 180/190. Anyone have any tips?17

Started at 308, now I'm at 277, but still got a lot to lose til my goal weight.16

How much water are you drinking? Are you working out as well? Congrats on the weight loss!

Restarting at 224
Short term goal 200 by April ( I have a lot of inflammation)
Long term goal- getting back to 165/1707 -
I'm at around 194 - long term goal is 130 but I've got to give a big presentation in April so to get to 180 by then would be ideal.
Side note: I have drunk 3 litres of water today and yesterday AND I just went downstairs and made myself a proper meal even though I'm working late (usually it would be food delivery time!). Attempting a deadlift PB tomorrow so it's nice to know I'm fuelling myself right!4 -

Short Term Goal - become motivated and dedicated. Not losing hope.
Long Term Goal - get to 150lbs in a year.
My problem is the scale doesn't move even after consistent working out, mostly running. I end up gaining weight and get discouraged. Tried different diets such as keto because I know people personally that it has worked for them but not me.
Anyone in here with thyroid disease that has finally found a way to lose weight and keep it off?5 -
This is great!
Current: 198.6
Short Term Goal: 170 by April 1
Long Term Goal: 135/145 by end of year.2 -
I keep starting this journey. I started at 308 and am down to 278 this morning. My short term goals are 1/2 hour of activity each day, 1 pound a week. Next need to be at 232 - no longer MORBIDLY obese - then 172 for maintenance. Hopefully checking in with the group will help.7

I know it's hard weight has been an issue for me! But this is a sprint it's a marathon and we have to keep going! How much water do you drink a day?0
