How does one broast a chicken?

I dip the pieces in egg then seasoned flour. Brown slightly all around. Place in pressure cooker. Cook 15 minutes. Then transfer to foil lined sheet and broil till brown and crisp. A lot of steps but worth it.

Is broiling the same as grilling?

Broiling is the highest setting on the oven here, usually just the top burner turns on, crisping/toasting it up as you rotate it.

Thought for the morning ...Wishing there was some type of “do-over” to miraculously take away the 30-40 pounds I gained over the last few years which has raised my blood pressure, glucose levels, and just made me feel unhealthy and unmotivated to be physically active. Yep, it’s just a fantasy...so continue to track everything I eat, begrudgingly.

Ive had and industrial for about 10 years. Been thinking about taking it out since I feel so disconnected to who I was when I got it. But if I change my mind its going to be a painful experience.

You get two piercings - one near the top of your ear and one about half way up the side - and put an earring that's a bar through both holes

    Yup
