I'm travelling for the beginning of this round with no reliable scale, but I still want in.
02/17 ??? My mom's scale says 179, but I know that isn't right. I was on the road all day so no workout, but I stayed within my calories.

02/20 182.8 Not too bad. I haven't worked out since Wednesday, but I'm home and back at it today. My goal is to track all my food and water intake for the rest of the month.
02/21 183.6 I don't like going back up, but yesterday, I jogged 3 miles without stopping, did chest and tris, tracked all of my food and ate back a few calories, and got in at least 8 cups of water, so it was a great day.
02/22 181.8 Tracked everything again, ate all of my calories, and tried to drink more water.
02/23 181.2 Ate too many carbs but tracked everything again. Made an effort to drink 8 cups of water- trying to get to 12 cups a day. Did 40 minutes of cardio and legs and ate back some of the calories. Glad it's Friday!
02/24 180.8 Did elliptical, back, and biceps. Tracked everything and ate back my calories plus a little bit more. Gotta work on eating more protein.

02/17 Out of town today, but yesterday was 166.4; I need strength today to keep away from all the stuff that my parents keep at their house—cookies, nuts, doughnuts, you name it. It’s here! Think I’ll go out for a long walk before they get up and before the rain begins again!
02/18 No access to scales this day either. Back to normal on Monday.
02/19 = 164.8 YAY!!! Below my original goal. Changing that goal now to 150 (normal BMI for me)
02/20 = 164.4 Oh man, if I can just keep this going!
02/21 = 165.8 Food at dinner out last night tasted really salty even though I ordered well and ate within calories. This will pass
02/22 = 164.6 That’s better!
02/23 = 162.8 I know this will go back up a bit probably, but this marks 25 lbs. lost since Thanksgiving! I’m pretty excited about that.
02/24 = 162.4 Still headed in the right direction! YAY!

& knee are aching, so I really need to shed this last 15 pounds. My health depends on it!

02/17...144.. not sure about that increase... Got in 15 min on ellip and 1.5 in gym yesterday. Muscles delightfully sore. I'm hoping it's water weight in recovering muscles. My goal for this round is to lose a pound (or more)
02/18... 142... no exercise except walking around a mall after I showed up a week early for a group lunch. LOL Love this drop.
02/19..142 Holding... that's ok... Ate very clean, lots of veggies yesterday, did about 20 min exercising in pool on my own. Today, eating out at happy hour but no alcohol. That should help with the calories and water retention. Planning on either gym or elliptical.
02/20... 142.6 to 143... Got on scale, 142.6. Went back to bed for a bit, got up, went to bathroom, weighed and weight went up despite no drinking water, etc. Go figure. Had a great workout yesterday, went to happy hour: had club soda and lettuce wraps. Maybe club soda has a lot of sodium? Lemon water to the rescue!
02/21...143.. Did 50 on ellip, then went to movies and had a junior cheeseburger and some Good 'N Plenty. It was fun. Today, (to paraphrase Scarlett)is another day. Happy humpday, ya'll.

02/23..142..50 min on ellip, no gym all week as my son has needed to use my car and today its in for annual checkup. I am so missing the gym. Tomorrow is book club so no chance then either. Sigh. Waiting for Sunday. Today's goal is to drink plenty of water and use ellip. Happy Friday to all.

02/22 - 226.2lbs. Alright. Back in the right direction! I was on top of my steps yesterday and cooked some fish and veggies for lunch and was actually so full from that and ended up not eating dinner. I didn't have the intention to skip dinner, but by the time I started thinking about it, it was already 9:30 and I didn't want to eat that late. Hoping to stay on top of everything today so that I can keep seeing that number go down!
02/23 - 224.6lbs. Yay! My husband and I are doing a 30 day challenge (started on the 21st) where we take our percentage lost, percentage of days we did Jillian's 30 Day Shred workout and percentage of days we hit at least 10k steps. So far I've lost weight and done my workout and been above 12k steps! I mean, it's only been two days... So I'm going to have to work on keeping my motivation for the full 30 days. That challenge combined with this one is definitely helping keep me accountable.
02/24 - 226.6lbs. Darn it! I know fluctuations are normal... And I did have a chicken sandwich (grilled) with sweet potato fries pretty late last night. But I did my 30 Day Shred and got over 10k steps. So I'm hoping that'll go back down pretty easily.

02/17 / 240.6 / I was at this same weight last week, lots of fluctuations. Doing at least SOME exercise every day.
02/18 / 242.4/ Not unexpected. Like a fool, I made marshmallow treats with rice chex. Not a good plan. Remind me never to do that again! I'm on day 18 of exercising at least some every day. My eating right now is rocky. I've been hungry the past couple of days.
02/19 / 240.6 / So many fluctuations! I'm struggling to string together lots of good eating days.
02/20 / 241.6 / Ate under calories yesterday and got in my exercise (every day in February is my goal. So far so good!). I developed a stomach ache last night (while on the treadmill) that hasn't resolved. I have lots of digestive issues, including Celiac, so this is not entirely out of the blue. But still. Bah. Not a single marshmallow treat eaten! I'M A WILLPOWER SUPERHERO.
02/21 / 242.6 / Had a bigger dinner than normal and went to the movies. Over 11,000 steps for the day and tons of water, so I did something right.
02/22 / 243.6 / Well, I hit the three week mark for exercising every day, so I'm pretty pleased by that. Obviously, the weight is going up. I've found myself hungry this past week and change and eating back exercise calories, which isn't a great strategy for me.
02/23 / 243.2 / Was under calories and continued my exercise streak. My wedding ring is tight, so I'm guessing I'm retaining water. Fun times!
02/24 / 241.2 / I'm heading back in the right direction. Was under calories yesterday, I think. I had dinner out with a friend and feel like I chose wisely (salmon and mustard lentils), but it's always a bit of a risk calorie- and gluten-wise. Exercise streak continues!

You can do this! Focus on what you need to focus on, and sometimes that will be other things than food/exercise/weight. But that doesn't mean you can't return your focus here when life settles down. 2/17: 158 lbs: I took a HIIT Burn Carb Cycling quiz to boost my metabolism. I may try it out if my weight continues to maintain no matter what I do instead of losing any.
2/18: 158.2 lbs: Stayed within my calories but spent the day vegging and shopping. I loathe shopping, but my pants were HUGE and my underwear is falling off. Lol
2/19: 157.2 lbs: 2 oz. away from a 45 lb. loss. I so badly want to get there.
2/20 156.8 Woo Hoo!!!! I am now at a 45.2 lb loss. I am so thrilled. I did decide to try the HIIT Burn Carb Cycling, so let's see if it works.
2/21: 157.2 Yesterday was my high carb day, and since I worked late, I decided to go out to dinner with my family, and I had 3 taco supremes from Taco Bell. IT WAS YUMMY! Now back to 3 days of low(er) carb.
2/22: 157.8 It was another late night because of Freshman Orientation for my oldest son. I was bad. I didn't do a low carb or low sodium dinner. However, I was still within my carbs because of what I ate all day. My sodium....not so much.
2/23: 157.2 I need to push the fluids. I was under by a ton yesterday.
2/24: 156.6 My lowest point yet! YIPPEE!!!! Have my niece and nephew over all weekend, so their parents could have a weekend getaway. So 5 kids altogether with my own. One night down. One to go.
