So I am at an airport. Missed my 10 am, flight have to wait for a 6 pm flight. Logged on looking for news from @Bex953172 .... I guess the news is that I am not the only one on a delay today. :laugh: Prayers for some movement on your end dear Bex.5

Still no news lol. Getting fed up now and don’t feel like I’m progressing much further than I’ve got.
Still getting mild contractions and my back is so sore. But they check me after 6 hours which is any time from now.
*sigh* 6pm here and I’ve been here since 9.30 so 8 and a half hours ..
Hopefully if I’m dilated at all they will break my waters, then hopefully it will really get things going. Although in previous pregnancies I’ve progressed way further that this (to 8cm) before they had to do it because they simply

I’ve been walking most the day as I’ve not been able to get comfy at all!
I’m on a monitor again now. They’ve confirmed im contracting but not enough. Next stage is to see if they can break my waters. I’m hoping that starts the labour off so I can avoid a hormone drip
Induction was so much easier with Marley! I had given birth by now with her!7 -

I feel the same way! hahaha! Like a grandma or something. Never been so excited and anxious to hear about a baby that I wasn't related to before! LOL!6 -

Oh no - nothing worse than sitting waiting at the airport (except for maybe sitting in the hospital waiting for a baby!). Hope you get on your flight soon, and have safe travels!4 -
Argh they were minutes away from assessing me and they just got a call saying a 27 weeker lady is coming in. Not sure what’s going on with her (could be preterm labour or whatever).
I’m so peed off. I feel sorry for the lady of course but can’t help feel annoyed when I’ve been here all day!!!7 -
So I haven’t had the chance to jump on here the last two days to set my daily goals and guess what, I ate more than I should have !
I’m going to redeem myself so i figured it’s best I set for tomorrow’s goal now.
- eat within macros
- lift
- C25K
- Drink 2 litres of water
- Apple cider vinegar in the morning
- 10k steps
- Burn at least 2200 calories
I met most of my goals yesterday except C25K, and drinking 2 litres of water. I totally forgot the water !
For today :

I’ve had a great day. All goals hit! Tired but happy.
JFT 25/2:
- exercise at some point ✅
- Water at least 2ltr ✅ yes!! Feel so much better for it.
- Stay in calorie goal ✅
- Get in a nice walk with the kids ✅ v cold and pretty unpleasant hauling back some unexpected shopping but nice step count for a Sunday plus the sun was shining so Vit D!
- Get all homework completed with minimal stress (planning to do it in a cafe for a treat) ✅
- Early night ✅
So tomorrow...:
- exercise before kids get up (never skip a Monday )
- Water 3ltr
- Stay in calorie goal
- Prep for 3x Parents meetings this week
- Put in medical appt request
- Go and get car at lunchtime and drive in donated toys and books
- Maybe hot yoga after work

I feel like I'm waiting for my younger sister to give birth! It's a total nailbiter! I hope she's here already! I cant wait to hear the news. It must be super early in the morning there by now!5 -

Well, I haven't posted all weekend I had to go back 4 pages to catch up!!

My hubby has been soooo busy that I've barely been able to spend time with him. So yesterday we spent the whole day together It was just what I needed!! I've really just taken the weekend to relax and recuperate from last week. I'm feeling a lot better this evening!!
I'm sooo excited for @Bex953172 !!!! Be patient and know your little one will be here just in time I'm sorry to hear it is taking a while but remember this is it!! Good luck and I'll be praying you and your little one are healthy and happy
I'm not going to post any JFT for yesterday or today. I did get some things accomplished but no exercise to report. I'll reset and post goals tomorrow morning.

So I haven't been using my day planner the last three days I realized that I haven't been getting nearly as much done as when I do use it. So gotta get back into the habit of it! I also have to start weighing myself every day again. I have to be accountable and not not weigh myself when I know I've had a bad food day.
Today was a good day though. As you can see I did almost nothing I had planned, mostly due to extenuating circumstances. I did get to sleep in REALLY late, though. I dont think I woke up before 12:30. It was wonderful! Lol. I never do that anymore! It was a throwback to when I was off my meds. I would sleep like that regularly back then. The Cat was a jerk early this morning though. That was probably why I got to sleep as late as I did. Because I didn't sleep well last night. When I woke up I typed up some recipes from a few old steno books half filled from when I took 3 years of cooking classes in high school. I probably have 30-35 recipes to try now. It's been about 15 years since I've made any of them. So we'll see. Anyway, enough rambling! Onto my list!

2. Morning Routine(weight/clothes/coffee/MFP/Bible!!!!)
3. College to meet with Advisor
4. Call Doc to see if DH can be seen today
5. Stop by Godmom's house to pick up key
6. Call Tax people/ Finance guy
7. Do some job hunting
8. Lunch(pancakes?)
9. Gym
10. Library(spend at least 1 hour writing)
11. Read/Nap
12. Prep dinner
13. Dinner/Dishes
14. DH Time
15. Bed by 11pm
(Hopefully, sometime in there we will have an appt with Doc, so some of this might change.)

Yesterday, I was having a rough day. Actually, it’s been a tough week. I still need to focus. So....

Starting today, I want to change my attitude. Today I’m weighing in and consider this my day 1.

2. Plan for the upcoming week.
3. Go to Church (it’s been a while that I have physically gone)

Great job getting your 2/24 goals taken care of. I'm sorry you've had a rough week. But the good thing is that you realized in the midst of adversity to still stay focused. That is a good attitude and one that will get you to your target! I hope you are enjoying sitting in a tidy home and that church was a blessing to you.

Today was a productive day. Cleaned, sold Girl Scout cookies, did some errands. NSV - started to get lazy around 7 pm and laid down checking in here. Saw that I had set a goal for a walk, so I got up, and went for a walk around the neighborhood. Total today was 13k steps.
Report 2/25
Make lentil soup. That always helps with calories. Ready and packed for lunch tomorrow.
Fast though I didn’t stop eating at eight as normal..had some pie at 9:30with my son.
Log But once again over goal. In reality probably neutral, but still.

Sunday
1. work on quilt! Yes, I am stuffing this king size quilt in my little machine. But I got the center part done yesterday! Needless to say, house is a mess, so my next goal Worked on this off and on all day!! But I can only do a hour or so at a time -- as tugging on this big quilt is hard on the arms!
2. clean the house!!! And tonite while watching olympics closing ceremonies I was able to organize and thoroughly clean my sewing room!
3. laundry
4. go to the gym with hubby. Which I hate to do, because I am more a morning person. But didnt get there today, so I told him I would go with him. He stays for 3 hrs though, so I will be driving separately. Neither of us felt like going today. If I don't go in the morning, I have a hard time getting in the mood in the afternoon. So hoping to get there tomorrow morning.
5. concentrate on water. I keep slipping on that, and I think that leads to overeating. I am most likely dehydrated. so put that red cup where I can see it, and drink up Terrible with this again today
6. in between quilting, work on chemo hats. My arms can only do so much quilting - as this quilt is heavy. so work on chemo hats
7. get back on here - be accountable
8. and ..... no snacking tonite!! No, but I am going to stop at my one bowl of popcorn. After yesterdays awful eating, I did pretty good today I think
JFT, Monday 2/26
1. drop birthday card and gift off to neighbor
2. go to the gym
3. concentrate on water
4. log all food - keep under 1400 calories. Going to try upping my calories intake, and see if that helps me.
5. help hubby with business
6. work 2 hrs on quilt - get one more row done
7. start cutting out chemo hats
8. sew up 3 doggie beds to get rid of my bag of scraps
9. get back on here - be accountable

This hospital is getting some seriously massive complaint when I get out of here.
If they’d just stop effing around. I asked to be monitored again and they’re all sat there having a cup of tea saying “I’ll be there in half an hour”
Well I’ve been here 24 on a bed that night as well be made of nails.
It doesn’t matter what happens now. They’ve ruined it all. My partner feels ill mentally from it so that my support gone. I don’t trust these midwives at all. I feel like they’re all waiting for the morning staff to come in so they don’t even have to deal with me. Then that staff will start again with more observations.
Seriously, I feel like I’m going backwards rather than forwards.
It got to a point last night where my partner said “I can’t stay here all night and if I go home and sleep I might not make it back in til late morning”
So that would of left me potentially giving birth alone and him missing it. They’ve put us in some cruddy position.6 -
