Wife is out of town this weekend, which means that I'm in control of my food! It's time to test my theory - that I do better when I take control of things. Outside of one day last weekend (+4.0 lbs!) I had a great last round (still lost 2.2 lbs overall), and I'm looking to continue my journey toward that mythical place... ONEDERLAND.

Wahoooo!! I’m in for Round 34! This will be my 6th round and I have to say what a blessing it’s been for me to find this! I’ve lost 8.2 pounds so far! Thank you thank you!!

I am in! I love the idea of committing 10 days at a time; it seems more doable especially for us with more weight to lose.
HSW: 336 (January 2015ish)
SW in 2018: 240
CW: 238.8
1st GW: under 200 (one-derland, where art thou?)
UGW: 175
Goals this round: staying in the green, drinking 1/2 my weight in oz, and exercise at least 5x a week. A huge part of my weight-loss success has been managed with low carb and high water intake. I have been slacking on the water department but I have a huge gallon next to me right now and I will finish it by the end of the day! Starting out strong, let's hope it stays that way

@marcvb35 My weight from today is my starting weight for tomorrow’s new round. In the first rounds I did, I used the first morning’s weight but realized that if I had a drop from the last day to the first day, I wasn’t accounting for that loss. So after you win the $$ you’re quitting us???

3/9 – 66kgs. Up today from 65.7kgs. Not sure why when I ate within my macro/calories yesterday, lifted and did C25K. Im thinking it might be from the frozen meal I had last night for dinner which contained a lot of sodium? Oh well I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing, and hopefully the weight will fall off still.

Sorry for the random post, but I'm excited and I want to share. Got my cortisone shot in my right knee about an hour and a half ago. INSTANT RELIEF. Doc says it should last me six months or so. It feels GREAT.
I need to chill for a couple of days, but I can't wait to get back to some intense reduced-pain exercise!12 -
@puddlegoober Why did u get a cortisone shot?? I get them for osteoarthritis but it didn't help at all this time...:(1
