poached egg on two slices of low calorie toast, or oatmeal with 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and bananas. Before breakfast I have a 16 ounce coffee made with 2 glasses of skim milk and 3 tablespoons of my favorite creamer at the moment.1

- A homemade protein Belgian waffle (with blueberries) and unsalted walnuts or cashews.
- Chocolate/banana/peanut butter protein smoothie with a serving of fruit.
- A veggie breakfast sandwich/breakfast taco and a serving of fruit.3 -
I have a smoothie every morning. I prep everything so all I have to do in the morning is add ice and blend.
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 cup mango
1 handful spinach
2 scoops Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
1 tsp Maca Powder
6-8 ice cups (roughly)1 -
Trader Joe's hash brown patty topped with wilted spinach and over easy egg.0

Usually I have 2 hard boiled eggs and 3 olives. Sometimes with an apple. Or I have cottage cheese with pineapple.1

Steel cut oats with spinach and roasted sweet potato topped with a poached egg (Takes about 25 minutes but holy crap is it delicious)!3

Eggs nearly every day. Boiled when I go to work scrambled when I am at home. Sometimes I'll have spinach in them. I will also have a fruit and some kind of meat.1

Nothing. I train about an hour after waking up and there's no way I could eat before that.2

Grits with fat free cheese
200g Egg whites
4 slices of thick cut bacon
Fit and active white bread, 2 slices. (if you have an aldi around you it's pretty amazing and high in fiber)
OR
4 to 5 oz of lean ground turkey
200g of egg white
grits with full fat cheddar
2 slices of fit and active bread
Also drink a white gridlock, again if you have an aldi around you... I think it's better compared to the white monster AND only 79cents
Both roughly 500 to 600 calories. It's my post morning run meal and pre workout meal.0
