I want to regularise my eating. A lot of "life" happened with me in the last 6 months. I just want to get back on track.
Minigoal is "I will stay within my calorie goal this week".
All of these goals everyone else has seem so far away for me. My goal right now is to not give up - just take it day by day and keep logging. Not matter what.
I'm about to go down a size - so that is motivating me, but my patience is not what it should be.
I would like to get to 188 (20 lb loss from January 7th) by the end of March. I am 192 right now so it might be a stretch. but WHEN I hit it I am going to get acrylic nails. and then when I hit 178 (30 lb. loss) I want to go crazy at PINK/Victoria's secret (BF works in the distribution center and gets 40% off)... I like to pamper myself but haven't really been doing it lately for whatever reason.
I would like to be able to run 5k again. I know I can reach that pretty fast, so far I am at 3k. Most I did was 10k 3 years ago, and the first ever time I started running I was kaputt after like 800 m. So yes... been there, will be again.
Another mini-goal (which actually is huge for me) would be to go without smoking for 5 days. I will do that when I reach the 5k mentioned above. Fingers crossed.
Right now, to get my hip measurements back to where they were before the stress and anxiety of a bad breakup happened. Just a half inch more and get my appetite back up to speed as well then onto full booty gains
I'm kind of reframed my goals in terms of running and biking, which I'm becoming quite enthusiastic about. So my current weight loss goal is to get down to about 9% BF, which would probably mean weight of about 82kg (180lbs), from the current weight that fluctuates around 92kg, but my running goals, hopefully achievable with the help of the above weight goal are far more exciting, and include things such as:
- An under 50m 10k some time during this year
- A 15k race by end of spring
- Half a marathon by end of summer
- 30k race by end of this year
- Well, I'll shut up now, but it's clear where it's going regarding the next year.
- A 70k bike race I've signed up for towards the end of April.
I've lost nearly half all of the 20 I'd regained from health issues. So I'm only 10lbs away from my red leather jacket (yay!).
Also I have a pair of embroidered/sparkle pants I want to wear again. I'm stalking them. I will surprise them one day and they will be mine again! I may not be able to wear them before my trip (though you better believe I will still try to tame the pants dragon, I expect to fail.... but no plan survives first contact with the enemy)... but they will be mine again.
My first mini goal was to be down 10% by end of March, which I achieved as of this morning. The next probably won’t happen for about three months but in the meantime I’m determined to never go above the landmark number I just passed.
First goal is to simultaneously hit 191 and be lighter than my mom (she's shorter so it looks like more but goddamnit realizing I was bigger was a bad time.) It's also 10% off my highest weight so three birds one stone.
Larger goal is to be down 50lbs by October when my Big is getting married. I hated what I looked like in the photos of my last time as a bridesmaid so here's to not hating these!

It might not sound like a lot but it made me really happy.
