Remember 1-2 pounds a week is healthy weight loss. almost no one ever looses the 10 pounds a month so don't let that discourage you.

Im checking in quick because I have been on vacation visiting my parents. You know what that means ALOT of eating, NO working out. I was traveling yesterday so I wasn't able to get to a scale, and now Im scared to go near a scale til next weigh in Monday. But PLEASE dont count me out of this month!
