3/19 - 170.2 Going to try to challenge myself to do 30 Squats & 15 push-ups a day and a vitamin this round, in addition to watching calories. Will do cardio as able. Hopefully that tiny bit of muscle increase will help with the burn.

Back from Vacation and I think I am up 11 lbs. It should be a lot of water weight and if I get back on track I should be close to where I was in a 2 weeks or so. SO is still home so the first few days will go slow. Back at work with my packed lunch going in the correct direction.

Eat to fuel your body not feed your emotions!!5 -
I haven't done this before, and I'm probably choosing a bad time to start because I have a 6 day vacation coming up. But I travel a lot and I simply can't use it as an excuse anymore. Since I won't have access to a scale on my vacay, I plan to bring a measuring tape...I'll record weight when I can, and waist circumference every day.

I like the people in this group. can I stick around a little longer with the goal of maintaining weight and possibly adding back the 10 pounds of muscle I lost during work challenge?
1988 high school graduation 185-190lbs
weight on 1/29/18 = 234.5
goal = never be over 20% body fat. 12-15% would be great.
round 33 - start=215lbs end 202lbs
round 34 - start = 202 end 192.8lbs
3/19 -- 197lbs clothed. final weigh in for work challenge. today will be healthy lunch and a victory 1/2 pound burger with ham, bacon, cheese and all the fixings for dinner at my local watering hole. then back to maintenance grind. goal is set to not be over 20% body fat or over 200#.

@brightresolve - What a great place to be! I can't wait until I get to my "end" goal (might just be a new beginning) and feel a little lost/confused about where to go next.
This is not to minimize what you're feeling. Shifting gears is scary, especially once you get used to doing things a certain way.
