    Weight lost this week: -1 lb. Yay! Feel like I'm back on track, I have been very mindful of meals and calorie intake, really focusing adding in veggies and fruits. I may not reach my 157 goal (2 lbs/week is not healthy for me and usually leads to several cheat days), but I will be super pleased if I can get to 158 lb and stay there!

    Weight loss this week: None. I've gained 3 lbs, and I am almost back to where I started. This is awful.

    Goal weight for challenge: I would like to lose at least 9- 10 lbs overall for this entire challenge, which would bring my weight to 151.8 or lower.

    Actual weight lost for challenge: So far, I've lost 1.8 lbs, and I am at 159. I went away to TN for a weekend get away and my stove caught on fire, so I couldn't eat all the foods I've been accustomed to making. I'm so far from my goal now. It's sad.

    Weight lost this week: 2.5lbs (I have no idea how this is even possible. I went over my maintenance calories like 3 times this week. I did not create a calorie deficit big enough to allow me to lose 2.5lbs. I must burn more calories than I think or this is just a total fluke. We will continue to monitor because as good as losing weight is, losing weight without explanation is a little concerning lol).

    Weight lost this week: -1.2 lb. 158, wooo!! Honestly didn't think I would get past 159 this week. If I can get to 158.0 for the start of next month I would be ecstatic! Feeling great and I can see a difference in how my clothes fit and I'm even starting to see a little more muscle definition :) I am changing my original goal weight for the challenge to 155 rather than 145, I don't think it would be healthy (or possible) for me to lose that much with only a month left and I want to have something that will be challenging, but attainable. I think, for me, between 2-4 lbs lost a month is realistic.
