I joined in this challenge mid-February and had a rough start. I gained 0.2 lb after the first week. I had a tantrum that lasted 2 weeks and thought, “I give up...what’s the point anyway?” I read other member comments on this post and became very inspired by everyone! Two weeks ago, I recommitted to the challenge.

I have definitely over indulged these last 4 days but today is Monday and I’m starting fresh. I gave up red meat for Lent this year and I’d love to reach my mini goal of being below 135 by this weekend ( it’d give me an excuse to reward myself with a giant steak! Or meatball sub! Or pizza with ham and pineapples yummm) happy Monday!!!1 -
