Oh, I would like to try this one, too!
I'm going from zero exercise to attempting 24 hours a month so I don't know whether I'll be able to keep it up. It doesn't sound like much but it does equal an hour almost every day? So who knows, I'll just give it a go!7 -

I'm in. I hit 43 hours in March thanks to a fitness challenge (extra group fitness classes available) at the gym, which has sadly ended. Plus I'm starting to have weekend obligations again now that winter is (maybe) ending.
Trying for 30 in April!
