The first half, I was on vacation with no scale. I tried to be mindful on vacation, but I did not count calories. My last weight before vacation on March 24 was 236.6. My weight April 5 was 238.8.Woman, Age 46, 5'6"

I changed to a Keto lifestyle almost three weeks ago and loving it too!4 -
WAS looking forward to this weekend. Having a beer. Spring football. Maybe some really unhealthy Mexican food with my brother. This killing myself to only go up is very disheartening. Wondering if my new body shape and age is making the Scale more of an issue. Last year I cut 17lbs. in just about three weeks. This is day 11 and I weigh more than when I started. I'm overall bigger than I used to be(chest, back, arms shoulders, not as much in the legs as I'd like). Changed my macros. Not sure if I'll go into the next round. I'll for sure finish this out. My diary is open if anyone wants to look or has an opinion. I don't weigh my food but it's a very close guess and the way I've been doing it for all five years I've been on here.2

3/29 - 61.6kg (+0.1kg) - Happy new round people! Loss holding steady. I went for a nice walk in after dinner last night. I will be making my plan for the weekend over the next few days. Trying to maintain a steady loss during TOM this round so wish me luck!
3/30 - 62.7kg (+1.1kg) - Well I had a bit of a blow out last night. I have had a really rough year so far in 2018 and I have been managing as best I can. Seems I am running low on resilience though. A couple of things happened yesterday to tip me over (huge, ill-advised change to one of my projects from our CEO and a trip to the hospital) and I just thought "you know what, *kitten* this *kitten*" and went and ate all my feelings. It was delicious and I know why it happened so things are ok. Scale reflecting the food I ate not my overall weight loss trend.

3/29 - 61.6kg (+0.1kg) - Happy new round people! Loss holding steady. I went for a nice walk in after dinner last night. I will be making my plan for the weekend over the next few days. Trying to maintain a steady loss during TOM this round so wish me luck!
3/30 - 62.7kg (+1.1kg) - Well I had a bit of a blow out last night. I have had a really rough year so far in 2018 and I have been managing as best I can. Seems I am running low on resilience though. A couple of things happened yesterday to tip me over (huge, ill-advised change to one of my projects from our CEO and a trip to the hospital) and I just thought "you know what, *kitten* this *kitten*" and went and ate all my feelings. It was delicious and I know why it happened so things are ok. Scale reflecting the food I ate not my overall weight loss trend.

3/31 - 209.8 (woohoo). But I think weighing in a little later on weekends affects the weigh in. Saturday’s has always been my lowest day on scale. We see if I can keep it this time!
4/1 - 210.4. No surprise up a little. Ate out and went over a little on calories. Might see another jump tomorrow from it but that is okay. Sodium.
4/2 - 212.8 Expected. Ate too much yesterday. Feeling bloated and yucky today.

Goal for this round: 155ish. This will most likely be a maintenance round for me if I’m lucky. I had a big loss last round and that is usually followed by a stagnant period. I’m ok with that; my body and I are figuring each other out! I also am in the middle of a kitchen make-over, so…I’m eating out almost every meal. I’ll be happy to mostly maintain until I can cook again.

3/31 = 155.8 Got the bounce to reverse, so that’s good. Also I have a good grill now that hubby and I can cook on while the kitchen is still without appliances. Won’t have to eat out quite as often, although cleaning up after cooking, with no sink, will be fun.
4/1 = 155.4 Was SO good to cook at home last night! Easter buffet today though so calories will probably be over today. Hoping for some exercise in the afternoon though to help offset.
4/2 = 157.4. Easter cost me two pounds, but hopefully only for a little while. I can get this back down in a few days, I think.

4/4 = 155.8 Headed back down now. YAY! Had a long, fast walk in the evening, almost dancing to music in 76 degree warmth. Spring may finally be here.
