    WAS looking forward to this weekend. Having a beer. Spring football. Maybe some really unhealthy Mexican food with my brother. This killing myself to only go up is very disheartening. Wondering if my new body shape and age is making the Scale more of an issue. Last year I cut 17lbs. in just about three weeks. This is day 11 and I weigh more than when I started. I'm overall bigger than I used to be(chest, back, arms shoulders, not as much in the legs as I'd like). Changed my macros. Not sure if I'll go into the next round. I'll for sure finish this out. My diary is open if anyone wants to look or has an opinion. I don't weigh my food but it's a very close guess and the way I've been doing it for all five years I've been on here.

    It is likely the beans as they cause the creation of more gas. And beans are also a carbohydrate, not refined though.

    3/29 - 61.6kg (+0.1kg) - Happy new round people! Loss holding steady. I went for a nice walk in after dinner last night. I will be making my plan for the weekend over the next few days. Trying to maintain a steady loss during TOM this round so wish me luck!
    3/30 - 62.7kg (+1.1kg) - Well I had a bit of a blow out last night. I have had a really rough year so far in 2018 and I have been managing as best I can. Seems I am running low on resilience though. A couple of things happened yesterday to tip me over (huge, ill-advised change to one of my projects from our CEO and a trip to the hospital) and I just thought "you know what, *kitten* this *kitten*" and went and ate all my feelings. It was delicious and I know why it happened so things are ok. Scale reflecting the food I ate not my overall weight loss trend.
