Hmmm. I've been protein stacking and still at or below 1200 calories. I can't work out my arms anymore because of my rotator cuff injury, but I'll keep doing cardio, weights with my legs, and ab workouts.6 -

4/1 - 236.2 I ate so much as I'm sure so many did. I also did some yard work and beat my previous best mile time! BUT I skipped my meds this past weekend so I could enjoy the food and I'm sure I will pay for that as well. 8700 steps
4/2 - 236.6 Not terrible considering the amount of potatoes I stuffed into my stomach yesterday! 7540 Steps
4/3 - 235.0 Not only did I jog 2.5 miles, I also did 45 minutes of JMs Shed and Shred (what?!?!?)!! 7100 steps
4/4 - 233.0 MAN I'm sore! Decided to walk today and not push it. My hamstrings are on fire. Tomorrow's goal is to get at least 3k steps before the work day is over. 7600 steps
4/5 - 233.4 7200 steps and another day of Shed and Shred. Got 3k steps in before work was over, but it was all at 9 and 3. Tomorrow's goal is to get my butt up in the morning and walk. I need to get things moving earlier in the day.
4/6 - 233 I attempted to walk before coffee and umm yeah no wasn't happening. Got in about a mile around 8 am and did at least 500 steps every couple hours. Hit 8200 steps at 6 pm.
4/7 - 231.4 6600 steps woohoo! I wasn't really sure what to expect in 10 days, but 3 lbs feels right. Now if I could just get my weekends under control... I didn't eat as much as I did last Saturday, but still not on par with the weekdays.
Thank you to everyone who does this, it's inspiring to see others who have been on this journey for so long with real change despite the little setbacks we all face.

The number on the scale looked doubtful. Was back to 124 midday, so may be a fluke. Remember to eat meals on time to avoid snacking.

*** meetings all day, networking/drinks at end of day with senior mgmt, no walking, skipping dinner, drinking but atleast controlled - plan was to stick go 1 corona light, but was pushed for 1 tequila to toast a senior manager leaving, eating few fries but not much else, and not enough H2O. Not happy. Priorities, priorities. ***
4/6 - 121.6 lbs. Ate in calorie limits; no mindless snacking ; AF; 10,000+ steps; 10 cups H2O :: Good day.
*** The dip in weight may be short lived, since I skipped dinner yesterday and ate snacks and was not as hydrated and drank. Expect a more accurate number tomorrow. ***
4/7 - 122.2 lbs. Ate in calorie limits, some snacking but accounted for, takeout on Fri afternoon and lunch today; AF; 10K+ steps; 10+ cups of H2O :: Good day.

3/29: 223lbs. Ate 2300 calories. I walked 11000 steps and had a 70 minute workout. Hopefully the workout and steps were enough to put me in a significant deficit for the day.
3/30: 223lbs. 2350 calories. Walked 12000 steps and lifted weights for 50 minutes.
3/31: 223lbs
4/1: No data. Stomach Bug,
4/2: Stomach bug.
4/3: 219lbs. Most of that loss is water weight from being somewhat dehydrated, so I’ll probably gain a pound or two over the next couple of days. I probably lost some fat too because I basically ate nothing for two days and my appetite is only slowly coming back today.
4/4: 219lbs.
4/5: 220lbs.
4/6: 220.5lbs. Ate just below maintenance today. I'm finally feeling better. No exercise since being sick, but hopefully I can start back tomorrow. I just haven't had enough energy the past few days.

No explanation for a loss, I was an eating machine last week. I did pretty well today, though: calories, water, exercise all on point.

Another new low and I'm really stoked about this! I haven't seen the 140s since my early teens, as far as I can remember. Today started with lots of exercise and water, um, then turned into a huge buffet dinner. Might have done a few days' worth of damage. I have my meal plan all set for the rest of the week though.

Did fine on calories and water today. I tried a new exercise class, kettlebell, supposed to be good for strength and cardio.

Went to my TRX class today, I missed it last week. Ate just a smidge over my goal but still a deficit.

Went to a 30 minute battle ropes class for the first time, it was intense. Ate fairly well.

Goal for this round: 155ish. This will most likely be a maintenance round for me if I’m lucky. I had a big loss last round and that is usually followed by a stagnant period. I’m ok with that; my body and I are figuring each other out! I also am in the middle of a kitchen make-over, so…I’m eating out almost every meal. I’ll be happy to mostly maintain until I can cook again.

3/31 = 155.8 Got the bounce to reverse, so that’s good. Also I have a good grill now that hubby and I can cook on while the kitchen is still without appliances. Won’t have to eat out quite as often, although cleaning up after cooking, with no sink, will be fun.
4/1 = 155.4 Was SO good to cook at home last night! Easter buffet today though so calories will probably be over today. Hoping for some exercise in the afternoon though to help offset.
4/2 = 157.4. Easter cost me two pounds, but hopefully only for a little while. I can get this back down in a few days, I think.

4/4 = 155.8 Headed back down now. YAY! Had a long, fast walk in the evening, almost dancing to music in 76 degree warmth. Spring may finally be here.

3/29: 153.2 Today was my first day and I didn’t even know I was going to join this group. But I am determined to hit my goal of 140 lbs. I’ll try this for 10 days!
3/30: 153.8 worked out with my trainer. My food wasn’t completely on point. Fasting tomorrow.
3/31: 153.8 Today I did a yoga class.
4/1: 151.7 Easter Sunday dinner at Grandma’s (after dinner 153.7)
4/2: 151.5 before work this morning & after training at gym.
4/3: 151.3 Did Body Pump today
4/4: 152.6 Had personal training this morning.
4/5: 153.6 Didn’t work out today, took a 25 minute walk outside during lunch. Lunch was a salad w/chicken & a chicken quesadilla on wheat tortilla for dinner.
4/6: 152.1 went to gym and walked 2 miles, then rode bike for 15 minutes. Had salad & eggs for lunch. Dinner was chicken tenders and potato wedges. (Should have had broccoli)

Total loss 0.6lbs for my first round.

I missed this entire round. I was back on 4/5, but was too scared to weigh in after so much eating and drinking on vacation. Also, I have not yet gotten back on track with eating well and logging. I will start again soon! I feel like I gained 15 pounds!6

29: 207.1... I'm proud of myself these last couple of days for not eating to ease my grief. A family that was dear to me and many people I know recently died in a horrific car accident on the California cost. Two mothers and 3 of their 6 adopted children were found, and the other 3 are missing. I'm not looking for empathy for "my" loss, but maybe a few prayers that these kids will somehow be found alive and together.

Not sure what was going on in my head that had me making unhealthy decisions around food and exercise, but it's straightened out now. A lot of the gain is sodium. Hoping to see a return to previous weight tomorrow or the next day.

6: 211.2... Heading in the opposite direction. It's been a crazy week. Oldest daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and is having a difficult recovery. Lost of care from Mama! Right before our vacation started, one of my uncles died. Then my sister's adult stepson died. Then my cat, who I adopted right after my first husband died in 2009. I feel very battered right now, so I am so grateful for these thread challenges and the opportunity to read about all of the successes and struggles everyone else is facing. You all inspire and encourage me just by being you and being on your journeys. Thank you.
