Jogged (My Fitness Pal classifies it as a very, very brisk walk) a mile without stopping on the treadmill today! I was running regularly last summer but fell and tore my miniscus in August. Rehabbing this knee has been a pain and a half but it's happening!26

I walked five miles this weekend at a fiber festival and a renfaire with no knee pain. Not sure if I got lucky or the weight loss is why no pain, but I'll take it!
Won a non-plus sized sweaters worth of yarn as a door prize too. I'm going to go ahead and make a sweater for myself for when I get smaller. I'm going to make an XL (44" bust) because I figure I'll be a large when I'm done, and a bigger sweater is better than too small. And if I'm wrong, I can always reknit! Or gift the sweater. This will be my first sweater, because the idea of knitting a 4xl sweater was too much, not to mention the expense. Good yarn is expensive!33 -
I suffered with massively swollen feet and ankles for a very long time. However, now they are both no longer swollen and I can actually see tendons/veins in my feet.24

I can take my now former goal jeans off without unbuttoning/unzipping them!!!!!! Onward to the next goal!32

I was doing some more "closet shopping" last night, seeing what old work clothes I could take out of storage to wear this spring/summer. I have a selection of skirts now waiting to be taken in.12

Did a very extreme and tough cycling race this weekend. It was 68km gravel (with sand and corrugation) and 10km of xc, which is very technical. Just under 4 hours. It was my first full marathon23

Finished C25K!42

I ran for 22 minutes with my husband (who can always run 5k, even if it's been months). It's the first time in my life that I have been fit enough to run with him.
I also wore a belt that I bought 9 years ago when I was 160 lbs at most. I'm thrilled! It hasn't fit since before I had children.24 -
I did 24 pull-ups in 5 sets. One of the sets was 6, which is a PR29

Benched 55 pounds today! I don't remember if I hit this number before, but it's definitely the highest I have ever benched. For a girl with T-rex arms, that's a good accomplishment, haha.20

Yes! This! I've been holding off on sweater knitting until I'm a less expensive/time consuming size!

Same! Now I'm thinking I should work on a goal sweater5 -
I have to today. First, I went to bed yesterday knowing I had to exercise today and desperately not wanting to. Woke up today and felt the same way, almost talked myself into skipping it... But I did it. Told myself 15 minutes and I got through the whole thing.
Second, I went out to lunch with a friend. I knew I'd be eating above my calories but I gave myself permission to. Logged it all, and it didn't even end up being too bad. One day won't kill me.24 -

I carry my favourite purse diaginally across my body. I realized it was sitting way to low (below my butt) and I could shorten the strap by several inches27

My most recent NSV is noticing my arms "hang" now. Before, my arms when held naturally at my sides would be in constant contact with my waist or hips. Now when I let them hang, only my hands touch my thighs 30 pounds isn't that much, but I feel like with my strength training I am losing more inches rather than bodyweight29

I am on vacation in Mexico and am wearing single piece swimsuits but in sizes 10 and M! I don't remember the last time I wore in those sizes! And those swimsuits don't have any skirts29

Laying a few pavers in the yard today so I grabbed the old jeans I've worn for years to do outdoor painting and really grubby yard work. They were so big they looked like I was wearing my husband's pants. I always thought these were my flattering "skinny" jeans. Size 14 now a size 4! Wore them anyway just because.21

Went back home last week for a few days. I met with friends that I did not see for almost 1 year, and they asked me what diet i was following, and that I was looking good. I am not going to lie but it made me feel proud of myself. And the look on their face when i told them that there was no diet involved but just calories counting20

I just realized that I can no longer see my stomach when I sit down! It's boobs and then thighs. I didn't even notice my stomach obstructing my view until it wasn't anymore. Funny how that works30

Didn't binge last night even though I was stressed about work.36

Logged into an old app I used to use to workout sometimes and had to update the weight I had entered from 250 to 196. Related to weight but it was a great reminder of where I used to be and how well I've done even though I've stalled out the last couple weeks.24

@kalahmarii - Love this. I was so excited when I could actually put my laptop on my lap, LOL.13

Last week, I had someone at the gym tell me that he was impressed with my dedication and how hard I've been pushing myself lately.
Today, as I was getting ready to leave, I had another person approach me and introduce himself. He and his wife have been regulars at the same time I work out for a long time. He said they've both noticed how hard I've been working and could see the progress I'm making.
Both of the comments reminded me that changes are occurring, even if it feels like an agonizingly slow process at times, and people are noticing that I am putting in the work. I never know what to say besides "Thanks, I'm trying" but I really appreciated they went out of their way to say something.47 -
I did three sets of 12 big boy push ups yesterday. Not on a step or on my knees but proper push ups!!!!20
