Down 50lbs, another 85lbs to goal!

Hi, so I started seriously back on MFP at the end of November 2017 at 285 lbs. I felt like crap and had bad lower back pain doing any little bit of exercise or house work.
I'm happy to say that I've hit the 50 lbs milestone and am now at 235lbs. I still have a ways to go, another 85 lbs give or take to goal, but I no longer have any back pain and am starting to fit in all of my smaller sister's clothes which is a huge bonus!

Literally just stuck to my calorie goal...I've had Mcdonald's all this week because I was super lazy and haven't gotten to the grocery store and I lost 3 lbs this week
But seriously, stick to calorie goal and if you want to exercise go ahead, I only go for walks with my dog haha.14 -

CICO stands for Calories In/Calories Out. Eat less than your body requires = lose weight. Eat just enough = maintain. Eat more than your body requires = weight gain.

Haha hmmm I guess the top 3 things that work for me is that I save most of my calories for evening because I hate going to bed hungry, stick to my calorie goal as best I can, and...weigh everything1 -
