- What a beautiful weekend! Great days for hiking...finally.
Backpacking with 8-10 Scouts in July for 10 days and I need to be ready. (yes, this is at Philmont)
Oh, and backpacking 6 days in (under the rim) the Grand Canyon in May!

No change in weight this week and no concerns. I have adjusted my MFP settings to lose 0.5 each week. And have changed my "exercise" to be more hiking out on the trails. After any adjustment, it seems I need to wait for my body to tell me how good MFP and Garmin are with their estimates of what I need and what I use in calories. I have been eating most of my exercise calories so that I don't bonk out on the trail. No worries, there is enough time to make my July goal.
Still making great progress. Glad to be here and thanks for keeping me on track.
