MASSIVE ACTION

Taking massive action in your life is the only way to get what you desire. There’s no shortcuts. You have to know that deep down inside you are OUT WORKING everybody else in the room. When everybody’s sleeping, you’re in beast mode. The top 1% of the richest people in the world wake up in between 3am and 4am. They were waking up that early BEFORE they were rich bc they knew that outworking everybody in the room would be the key to their ultimate success. Let me mention; it’s not just the richness in your pocket you’re aiming for, but it’s the richness of your mind that comes with daily exercise, eating healthy and working on your mind. If you need to see massive results in your physical body, I recommend cutting out all sugars and all carbs. Avoid these two things like the PLAGUE!! Sugar is EVERYWHERE. I bet you eat massive amounts of sugar without even realizing it. PROGRAM yourself to look at every nutritional chart and every single item you put in your body. At the end of the day it all boils down to ONE THING.... effort. Because effort is between you, and you. Stop apologizing to people for not being where you should be in your daily routine. No excuses. You owe YOU an apology for not being the best version of you today. Take it personal and start doing everything with power, feeling and conviction.

Did you read the post? It says “IF you want massive results” don’t eat sugar or carbs. If this isn’t you, then you’re obviously doing pretty well. I commend you for achieving great results. Move along and let it apply to the people that could use fast results.18

If I want massive results, I have to avoid broccoli because it has carbohydrates? No thanks, I think I'll keep my carbohydrates and stick with my regular old plain excellent results.9 -
lol it applies to no one. Carbs are literally your bodies fuel. Unless your going to do keto which is entirely not necessary or overly productive for the majority. If you want to have super lazy tired workouts by all means cut out sugar and carbs. Just dont preach it as if its smart for other newbs
edit: you cant really preach these things as an absolute truth for everyone on a public forum and then just diss everyone who comes in disagreeing as if your way is best and we all need to shut up. Thats not how life works16 -

you can crash diet for fast results, doesnt mean they are good results long term though...14 -
So, kcurtis -you don't eat fruit, vegetables, beans, dairy? All you eat is meat and spoonfuls of fat? I mean, it's a pretty extreme stance you're taking.10

With very few exceptions, even people on keto aren't cutting out "all carbs" (as OP recommends). They're still eating some vegetables and nuts (and, sometimes, fruits).

OP promised "massive" results, not "good" ones.12 -
So cut all sugar and all carbs. That means no fruit and no veg right?7

I certainly don’t see it that way and sorry for the confusion . Yes, carbs are your bodies fuel, correct. I assumed that the reader would know that I was referring to cutting out simple carbs and not complex carbs.

Why would a reader assume you only meant some carbohydrates when you specifically wrote "all carbs"?
You realize fructose, found in fruit, is a simple carbohydrate, right? Do you really insist that people have to eliminate all fruit in order to see the results they want?9 -

Hi there! I eat TONS of veggies. Veggies such as corn or sweet potatoes etc... contain complex carbs which don’t manifest into sugar such as simple carbs.

Oh, FPS.
Here's the thing...
This forum (Myfitnesspal) has hundreds of people who post here who are very well-versed in nutrition and exercise. Many of them have made it their life's work for decades. Many are professionals in healthcare, research, fitness, nutrition.
If you want to post ABSOLUTES like this (which I can't believe none of us quoted yet), then you'll get MASSIVE PUSHBACK:kcurtis577 wrote: »Taking massive action in your life is the only way to get what you desire. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but corn and sweet potatoes both contain fructose.
PS, this isn't bad news for people who understand nutrition and how our body processes sugar.10 -

I personally do not eat much fruit bc of the sugars. Although fruit is considered a “complex carb” bc of the high amounts of fiber that it’s paired with. And again, I didn’t insist. It’s for anyone that would like to achieve fast results11
