Please join us! Starting on 04/28 through O5/07, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 38
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

I’m in but will be gone most of the days. But I will be on a cruise ship so it isn’t all bad! Will weigh in on May 2 then be on the ship May 5-12 and back home May 12 afternoon. Will try to weigh on the ship and will keep a daily log even though I won’t have internet.8

I started this challenge at round 27, at 227.8. I ended round 38 at 194. That is a 33 pound loss! I love this challenge! It goes against everything I USED to believe about weighing in daily, and has taught me to really listen to my body, not get discouraged by small set backs, and to celebrate the small victories!
